I had an appointment with Dr Bearden yesterday. The office staff were friendly and efficient and the doctor was on time. He was friendly and informed me of my options for treatment. He clearly described both approaches. He let me decide whether I wanted him to take the conservative approach or more aggressive. He did not rush me out and answered all my questions. I chose the conservative approach that did not involve surgery so I can't comment on the surgical aspect. I had a pretty good experience here for ingrown toenail surgery. I saw Dr. Kutyla. I could tell he was in a rush, be did good quality work. Nurse Traci was kind of rude. She didn't say anything when she started wrapping my foot, then she got a tone with me when I asked what dressing was. Bad attitude. But overall a good experience. read more

I had foot surgery on my big toe and the one next to it. Not crazy how tgstbsll turned out as I like to go barefoot in our house and I no longer can. The 2nd toe is sort of under the big toe. That one needed 2 surgeries because it hurt and turns out there was a bent screw in it! That explains why I did not want to wait 1 year for the 1st surgery to heal and go through all that again for another whole year. Glad I only did 1 foot and not both. Dr. Bearden is very pleasant and his staff was nice too. I wish I had never had these surgeries however. Every day my ties are mushed together, rubbing against each other and it is difficult to work. Not an improvement for me and that is what you expect, feeling better and not worse. It just never felt good and right. read more

I called them (as a courtesy) to let them know I was running 10 minutes late and the monotone, low-energy staff told me that The Great Oz (Bearden) wanted me to reschedule. This was a horrible first experience for me. This was my first appointment and I was not expecting the traffic and so I called them about 15 minutes prior to my appointment to let them know I might be about five minutes late. I actually would've been on time but I got turned around on the wrong road by my GPS. I arrived six minutes late and was told they would not see me because I was late. They should've told me on the phone that he was such a strict follower of the five minute grace period. I've never met a doctor that sees patients on their exact Appointment time. He must be a miracle worker. The staff was not friendly or compassionate. I left there very discouraged. I would not recommend them, I will never return to them, and they have very bad business practices. read more

I had an 8:30am appointment but had trouble finding his office, as it is back off the main highway in a cut. I called to ask for directions and arrived at 8:35am and he refused to see me. Had the receptionist tell me that I needed to reschedule. No thanks! He's not that great! I had already filled out my paperwork online and e-Checked in online, so there was nothing for me to do. What happened to the 5 or 10 minutes courtesy? And his office wasn't even busy. As patients they expect us to wait however long and pay them too, but do not extend any courtesy to us. read more
