The charging port on my iPhone 11 wasn't making contact, I thought I needed a new port, first the employee I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, then I went to the store, turns out my charging port just needed cleaning! I…read morespoke to Matt and he was very friendly, I decided to use them and they set up a time for the next day to pick up my computer at my house. His father ( a very nice gentleman) picked up my computer on a Thursday, it was very cold and snowing, and I got it back the Next Monday, in fine working order and has worked fine since then. they are very reasonable, almost to reasonable on the prices. Way better than anyone else I talked to and the fact that they will pick up and deliver at no extra charge is unbelievable. They guarantee the work and like i said the price to fix my computer was about a third of what everyone else wanted. Try them, you wont be disappointed. I will use them from now on anytime i have a computer repair need.
