What began as the overwhelming loss of two parents in 2024, suddenly became a clearer path forward when Rita quickly answered my request for help. It has been a whirlwind of an estate sale, ending on March 1st, and with a "SOLD OUT" notification on the estate's page. Without question, this is the result of Rita's dedication to her business model, and her personable approach to her clients. She is professional, incredibly organized, patient, kind, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable about all of those little (and not so little) treasures that can be discovered in each home. Rita's virtual estate sales are well-known and followed events in WV; they generate a tremendous amount of interest, and the chance for so many sentimental items to find new homes. Thank you, does not begin to describe my appreciation for what Rita was able to do in a short period of time not only for me, but for the estate that I am administering as the Executrix, and as the daughter who continues to miss her parents. Please do not hesitate to contact Rita if you ready to begin the estate sales process. You will truly be amazed at what Rita and her team at Sort My Space are able to accomplish. Highly Recommend! I was willing to try it and purchased it.After taking it home, the device stopped working within a few days. The issue is not with the liquid, but with the charging port. the charging apparatus does not function properly, and the device will not charge at all. I returned to the store on Monday to explain the issue. I was met with a very rude response and was told there was nothing they could do. I fully understand that stores often cannot accept returns for vapes due to issues related to the liquid; however, a defective charging port on a brand-new device is a hardware failure and should have been replaced. Unfortunately, this business chose not to stand behind the product they sold and would rather lose a customer than do the right thing.
