My son takes Ninja class here. Was recommended by a friend. This place is good. Large facility with lots of equipment. My son's teacher is coach Jay and is he really good with my kid. He is very patient and chill. He makes sure the kids do what they are supposed to do a few times until they get it right. He's is very encouraging. Parking is plentiful and the front desk staff seem a little scattered at times but they are friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my kids ninja class here. We have been going for 3 months and will continue to go as long as my kid is having a good time. This class is also a great energy killer if you have a crazy boy. read more

Overall, my experience with this gymnastics facility has been very positive. The coaches are wonderful--passionate, patient, and genuinely invested in teaching kids real skills. The classes themselves are great, and the staff clearly cares about the athletes. That said, there is one major issue that absolutely needs immediate attention: the carpets and definitely the chairs. They are extremely dirty--filthy to the point where it's honestly shocking. The stains, the buildup... it's hard to comprehend how they've been allowed to get this bad. It really takes away from an otherwise great environment. If management doesn't want to replace them, the very least they could do is clean them regularly. It's a simple step that would make a huge difference. The coaches and kids deserve a cleaner, more sanitary space. read more

This place is highly competitive to get in to a time slot! They offer a lot of different classes, they are full! All ages seem welcome. They really give the kids a great workout and challenge their skills while here. Tons of seating for parents and a massive parking lot! Highly recommend taking gymnastics here. This review is for NinjaZone classes after Miguel quit from not being treated fairly. If Miguel is reinstated as Director of the NinjaZone program I will give 5 stars because everything else, from gymnastics camp to little kids gymnastics, is really great. Miguel WAS the NinjaZone program. All the other instructors are still great but Miguel was next level in what he brought to the students. If he doesn't come back as director in some form then we will probably leave and find that experience elsewhere. Miguel would get down to interact with kids and connect, training them to be responsible, good kids and do things safely. He brought some much advanced knowledge and hasn't been shown the respect he deserves as being the core part of the NinjaZone program. Without him, I don't know if this program will ever be as strong as it was with his leadership. read more

Ergh.. these people. Where do I start? We have been doing so well for many years but their customer service lacks any "customer service". I have lots and lots of make up classes because I am not able to find classes for make up for my two kids. So at this point I call and I am super frustrated and tell the person I am talking to on the phone that I am frustrated and that no class is ever open for make ups when we want to make up a class. The first thing she tells me is " mam you need to calm down and lower your voice". ????? Are you serious? I am not your kid. You don't talk to a client like this. This is appalling. I used to love going to the gym with my kids and now I dread it. It smells terrible inside. The people are not nice and the prices are exorbitant. Plus they drive everyone nuts with their closures for the fifth day of the week. ANd all the good coaches are gone. We used to love three coaches that have already quit. Such a shame.... I emailed Patty, the owner and told her about my experience and she didn't even bother to reply back. I emailed the front office to let them know and no one returned my calls. My daughter started Ninja a couple of years ago . Miguel was her coach up until a couple of months ago. Apparently, he quit. He was the first coach for the Ninja class . He was very attentive to the kids and helped them to continue to grow by correcting them when the kids made mistakes and encouraged them to keep striving for more. Now that he is gone so is my daughter. The coach they assigned to her was horrible! He didn't teach the kids anything. He just watched them monkeying around establishing no boundaries with them and putting them in danger. At least with Miguel, if the kids did a move wrong, he'd correct them and show them again how to do that move. This guy just let my daughter continue to do the move wrong without correcting her or showing her by example. She could have broke her neck. This and losing out on all of my daughters make up classes was the reason I pulled her. She had at least 20 make ups and they removed all but two. We pay month for the classes and deserve to keep our make ups and use them. read more

We've been going to cpg for a year and a half. And they keep saying tryouts for Bronze team will happen but then they never do. Bronze team is the lowest practice that does a tiny bit of competition. Basically pre team is aerobics. We keep going and going. It ends at 8pm so it totally kills family time. There is no organization and the coaches are non committal. Possibly they are so bad that in a year and a half they cannot advance a student who very much wants to do this. They just kill by lack of care. It's so disturbing. We are not pushy people. We both work. We don't have time to do the politik to get these people to pay attention. Our daughter is super sad and we feel helpless. This organization is the worst. read more

This is a review of the first free trial class. I was eager to have my son join in on his first trial and gymnastics class ever. Upon arrival, the person behind the desk was sweet and cordial. When the time came for his trial, he joined a class. He was a bit hesitant during some of the exercises, and the instructor was very sweet about it, and I loved how everyone was active and constantly moving, no child was sitting and waiting for long periods of time. Unfortunately, and not to any fault than his own, my son sat out about 10-15 minutes due to choice, then finally got comfortable to follow the instructor's directions. Little did I know that it was the wrong class, and some parent told the instructor from the side line (who was apparently subbing), that class was supposed to end. So the instructor did just that and ended the "trial" class early. I was a bit disappointed, as my son was getting comfortable, and I wanted to see if he would take on more activities. The extra 15 minutes that the trial promised would've been more helpful for me to decide whether or not to sign him up for the next classes. read more

Patty only cares about money and not the gymnasts or coaches. The facility is dirty and run down. Patty always appears visibly intoxicated when she talks to people. She held a raffle at the last meet and after calling my family member saying she had won the laptop prize, Patty then became combative when we went to pick it up, saying it was a mistake and she didn't win. read more

This place smells like pure FEET! There always food , cereal or wrappers constantly around the perimeter of the floor gym . The staff usually are late to start classes and usually chit chat during their lessons to the kids losing their attention span . If kids are not in part of the team these classes feel like one big tumble time while these 9 year olds need more direction better guidance. I still can't get over the smell and uncleanliness of this place . Maybe they'll see this review and do a deep clean . read more

I have been attempting since December 2021 to register my 2 sons for classes. I have registered all my info 2x online including waivers. I get told I will get a call or email back from manager (we have a charter PO) but I have yet to receive either. We were turned away today to return tomorrow for because they don't have our info. I put my credit card info into their system twice yet we were asked to set up our account for a third time. We submitted a PO for our charter funds but we have no class. Let me start by saying that Coach Storm is fantastic. Everything else is not. Other coaches seem checked out and just putting in the time but not engaged. Customer service is non existent. They will over charge you for stuff and the owner is the only one who apparently can fix the issue, but he is impossible to get ahold of. Good luck with this place. read more

So grateful to CPG gymnastics for giving my kids an active outlet during these covid times. My five year old LOVES her ninja class with Coach Joe. He is the BEST- so fun and so good with the kids. She has improved some much under his guidance. This ninja class is the only parkour type class nearby. I looked for years prior to finding CPG. And my three year old looks forward to her gymnastics class with Stephanie each week. For those concerned about covid they take temperatures as you enter, you step into a sanitation solution at the door to clean shoes, use hand sanitizer and wear masks. They also have gym and ninja classes online as well as tech pods to help families with online school. We haven't tried either of those but I'm sure they are great too. read more

I recently came into this gym to enroll my daughter into the ninja program and due to her age being 2months away from the 6yo cut off I was denied her entry . However we were referred to by a family with a young boy who is also months away from being 6 and he's in that specific class. I spoke with Ailieen and she was so rude and dismissive. This place has zero customer service. They cancel a trial class on me through email. Don't even bother to call like I look at my email all day. I called the place to confirm then she proceeds to tell me when she can fit me in with nasty attitude and I told her I will call you guys back when I get a chance look at my calendar and let you know when I have time to go then she proceeds to tell me that this is only valid for a week so I'm like I don't work around you there's too many places that I won't be wasting my time here. We love this gym. We have come here for the toddler gymnastics program. My boy loves all the teachers. They are really great if you have to miss a class all you need to do is call and reschedule, so we have had the flexibility to come for several different teachers. They make it really fun for kids, but he loves that he is learning real gymnastic skills. I like that they move them around so much so each class there is upper body and lower body work out. The staff is so kid and helpful to us. We now do 2 5star classes. He loves being able to watch the older kids do more sophisticated gymnastics. read more

So we got the whole facility that included the party room on the side. The coaches and staff were so patient and we're great with kids. This is my first time ever leaving a one star review, but after my experience today I wanted to warn other parents. I brought my kids to CPG Camp because my kids were home from school and I needed care. They left my young children unsupervised (6 and 4) by the door in the lobby. I made a mistake and came at the wrong time to pick them up, but they didn't call me. Instead they left my children unsupervised. I was able to walk off with them without signing them out. Later that night, I got an angry voice message from CPG that I can't send my kids there if they wear diapers (they don't). If you are looking for a positive gymnastics experience for your children with people who actually like children and care about keeping them safe, don't go here. I highly recommend Gymnastikids. So I took my son to the Ninja Zone class on Friday and it was a complete zoo. No semblance of order or even any instruction from the teacher who had these older kids running and jumping around the little kids which was absolutely distracting and intimidating for the younger ones. The older kids were just running amok and the teacher didn't do anything to provide any structure or effort to engage the little kids who were there for the class. Adult ninja review: Arguably the best adult ninja program in SGV! So much fun learning parkour skills, tumbling, ninja warrior-like obstacles, and work on overall calisthenics fitness. Coaches are really knowledgable, friendly and highly motivating. Never imagined I would be doing dead-hang pull ups (take that cross fit kips haha), handstands, laches, kong vaults, practicing flips off trampoline and bars, or climbing up American Ninja Warrior net (how's that for legit)! Fun way to get in shape and learn practical stuff at the same time. Love that I feel like I'm learning a new skill each week. read more

They really need a class between the baby class and tall and small. Either make the baby class until 2 or create a new class from walking to 2. Parents w/special needs children beware. I took my 5 yr old boy (autism & adhd) for the free introductory class. 45 seconds in and they kicked him out because he was not "focused" enough. He was excited and wanted to check out different equipment the group was not on. Instead of redirecting his attention & energy they just dragged him off the mat. My experience demonstrated they are not trained nor qualified to work with children in the spectrum. I started coming to the adult ninja class almost a year ago. SO glad I found CPG. I had been going to a couple other gymnastics places but wasn't really liking them. First class at CPG I remember what a difference it was: coach and classmates actually asked my name, why I was trying ninja, what I was hoping to learn. It's a little community. Not only that, coaches take your learning and fitness seriously. All the coaches have a good balance of pushing you but being patient. We have a range of people in our class. Don't think you're not cut out for ninja! You'd be shocked what you can learn in even a few weeks. I came in unable to do a single pull-up! Now I'm doing some of the things I thought I never could read more

Love this place my 7 yr old take Ninja class and after just 1 month he was already moving up to intermediate. He love the coaches and the courses are different every week. Consider the coaches (amazing) and the American ninja Warrior mini replica that they get to really practice on it's well worth every penny. Class is 1 hr but son always says it's to short and wishes it was longer. The only thing keeping me from giving CPG 5 stars is that they would allow and employ this Patty person. My friends daughter was in her class. I watched the class and there is no way Patty is certified to be a coach. She was so horrible to those grl. In 30 min she made 3 of the grls cry. All for different reasons none being that she was "just being a tough coach". I was so angry she actually teased and/or taunted one of the girls for crying. My friend grabbed her crying in pain child and left. This girl at 12 is already such an amazing gymnast. With the right coaches she can make it into the Olympics. With Patty this girl with end up in the hospital. Again great Gym CPG MOST of the coaches are amazingly supportive an so friendly I would highly highly recommend this place %100, but will also say keep you kids away from sour Patty. read more

Cpg is awesome!! My son wanted to try the ninja classes and he loved it! He's been attending for over 6 months now. The class is high energy which I love because he burns some energy!! What mom doesn't love that!? Besides high energy they show them how to conquer obstacles and become more agile and flexible! The coaches are great!! The facility is beautiful and clean.
