They are preparing the student to compete well in the competition. The sport helps build up each student's confidence and makes them more independent. Classes have a variety of games, footwork, techniques, and exercises. Coach Gherman, Coach Artem, and Coach Mike are very professional and have many years of experience. My child enjoys coming to group classes and private lessons. Because of this, his goal is to become a professional fencer.

If you think fencing is only for kids or people who started young, think again! The workout is incredible. It's the perfect cardio complement to my resistance training, but the best part is that I'm so focused on the action, the strategy, and trying to land that next touch that I forget I'm exercising. Then I finish a bout, completely out of breath, and realize how hard I've worked! What keeps us coming back, though, is the people. The instructor had clear instructions and she walked us through how to use the different machines and equipment, how the routines work the different muscles, and how to properly breathe as we move. There were three of us in the intro class at the time. Unfortunately, my friend was a couple of minutes late so they had her reschedule her intro class. They seem to be stricter on time compared to other studios but I get it. The facilities look well-kept and they have a hydration station and the bathrooms in the back. The cubbies are in the front as well as grip socks for purchase if you need them. Parking is easy and they have Chuck E Cheese as well as the Habit right next door. If I were just a little bit closer to this location, I would consider a membership but I travel a lot for work. The enrollment fee may be a barrier for folks but they may waive the enrollment fee during certain times of the year.

It can get quite busy during peak hours and especially in the summer. There is also an area to practice short pitch shots and a sand trap. A bucket of balls cost a bit more than the average range but the shot tracer is well worth it. The 18 hole course is a bit better than your typical muni course. Greens aren't in the best shape but they are decent for the cost of the round. There is also a proshop with all you need and more to play a round. I highly recommend Alhambra Golf course!

Both of my daughters, who play club volleyball, have been coming to Jump Lab since August of this year. We first heard about this place after seeing many other volleyball players train here, so we decided to give it a try. Our goal was to help our girls improve their strength, speed, and vertical...all things that are very important for volleyball. We started with the 3-months program to see how they liked it, and we've already seen great improvements in their overall athletic performance. Their movements are stronger and more explosive, and we can tell the training is really helping them on the court. The coaches there (Coach Morgan) are professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They pay attention to each athlete's needs and push them to reach their full potential. Our girls like to train there because they see the results themselves, and we truly appreciate the positive environment and the results we're seeing. This place is dirty, bathrooms don't work, employees don't communicate about the details of signing up, and machines are broken half the time. Literally this gym sells nothing but ambiance and aesthetic. Recently spoke with Liz about canceling my membership. I was offered a discount for the following months & declined. Person at the front desk walked me through the process of canceling my membership online to only be told afterwards that my buddy pass was in a 12 month contract & i'd be paying for it until next February, which was never communicated with me. Now there's no main membership with an active buddy pass that I have to continue paying for without being able to utilize it! How does that even make sense? Scammers all the way around. I'll be causing hell until my buddy pass contract is cancelled.
