After almost 19 years living in Western Howard County, we recently sold our home and moved out of state. For more than the last 10+ years we worked with Cozy Pools for all of our pool-related needs. Originally built in 2004, our pool was large (36K gallon), with a mineral springs system, in floor cleaning system, and a beautiful waterfall among other features. While we absolutely loved it with many wonderful times with family and friends, it was a big job to maintain. We tried many different pool companies with no real satisfaction until we found Cozy. The larger companies really didn't care about the quality of their work and the smaller ones were inconsistent and often over-promised. From our first experience with Cozy they were honest, reliable, prompt, and stood behind their work. Over the years they did just about everything for us - regular openings/closings, equipment repair and replacement, special cleanings/service (with their help I learned to do most of the regular maintenance), and even major hard scraping upgrades around the pool. When we did have issues with their work (and there always will be with a pool), we always reached a fair resolution to the problem. While I know they can be more expensive than some of the other companies, they are a perfect example of the old saying - "you get what you pay for". We cannot thank Leslie and her team enough for helping make our pool ownership experience wonderful. I highly recommend Cozy Pools to anyone who owns a pool or is considering building one. Very rude woman on the phone who hung up when I asked to speak to the manager. I understand that English is not her first language and it was a bit frustrating getting her to understand what I needed, but to get VERY nasty and say "I speak English very well and how many languages do YOU speak?" Had Cozy Pools build our family our very own backyard summer time pool oasis. We were very impressed with their work and knowledge of the construction process. A lot was explained to us upfront of how the construction process was going to go. I would say total cost of the pool was great value for what you're getting - quality. The the hands on opening was also super helpful. The pool has been finished for about 3 weeks now, and we're ready to take that first dip in. I've had to contact Cozy a few times with questions, being new to pools, and they have always been super helpful. read more

Keith was very responsive and came out quickly to view where the pool should go. Cozy did all the permitting quickly and the job was started within about 1 month after signing contract. This was in December and the hole for the was done in 1 day. Cozy kept me up-to-date on everything that was happening and always returned my calls/texts timely. Wonderful and trustworthy people. We met with 7 pool companies before deciding to go with Cozy. We did not get that warm honest feeling from many. Cozy was upfront with all of the cost and honest about the time it would take. Keith the owner and person we met with was here for ever step of the building or installation process. Horrible service! They schedule appointments and keep pushing them back because they are always behind. By the time they show up nothing gets done. Then the don't communicate until I ask what's going on. Then trying to reschedule another appt and they give no priority and put you back at the end of the line. Pathetic customer service! read more

I had them replace a spa pump a year and a half ago with no issues. They were a bit pricey, but got the job done quickly. The pump has since stopped working so I inquired about the warranty. They told me 1 year. Upon further research I found the manufacturer warrantied the pump for 3 years. When I brought it to their attention they said I would have to send it back to the manufacturer to inspect. If they felt it was a warranty issue they would send me a pump. Cozy Pools then said they would charge me about $100+ to install it. So much for a warranty. Then they asked for a picture of the pump. I sent that and they asked for another of the plumbing. I sent that then they asked for another of the entire setup. I have emailed them 4 times since then and they have not responded for more than a week. I ended up going through the manufacturer and they sent me a new pump in 1 week. I will not use Cozy Pools again since they do not seem to stand behind their work or feel I am worth calling back. read more
