My sister enjoyed her massage, but unfortunately mine was underwhelming. I booked a deep tissue massage because I was dealing with neck and shoulder pain, along with numbness and tingling down my arms when I wake up in the morning. I explained that I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and was hoping for focused deep tissue work. The massage I received did not feel like deep tissue. Most of it was done with elbow and forearm pressure rather than the kind of targeted deep tissue work I was expecting. There was also hot stone used, which was relaxing, but it was not what I had booked or what I needed that day. My massage therapist seemed to have some difficulty understanding me, so it is possible there was a communication issue. Either way, I left disappointed. The pricing was reasonable at $90 for 90 minutes, and I still tipped both therapists $20 each, but based on my experience, I would not return or recommend it for someone looking for a true deep tissue massage.

Had a very relaxing massage here! The facial was not impressive at all. I definitely would skip on…read morethe facial. The rooms are cozy and quaint. Do not expect a full service spa. I booked a 90-minute massage with Joy because she had many positive reviews, but the experience was…read moredisappointing. I later learned that she is also the owner. The main issues: -- The massage felt random and unstructured, with no clear sequence or therapeutic approach. -- The two sides of my body were treated very differently. Whenever she worked on my left side, the pressure was noticeably weaker and she spent significantly less time there. -- Techniques used on the right side were often not repeated on the left, leaving the massage feeling incomplete and unbalanced. -- I asked for more pressure several times but eventually stopped because the pressure and technique remained inconsistent. -- I was required to pay before the massage. While businesses can set their own policies, it felt unusual, particularly since Joy appears to be the owner and was the person requiring advance payment. -- The location looked dated and poorly maintained. I could not tell whether it was actually unclean or simply old, but it did not feel especially comfortable or relaxing. I also posted about my experience on Google. The business responded with what appeared to be a generic or AI-generated template and even left "[Your Name]" in the signature. The response said the payment process and massage technique would be "reviewed," but since Joy was both the therapist and apparently the owner, that did not provide much reassurance. It also did not address the uneven pressure, inconsistent timing, or lack of a coherent technique. The price was reasonable at $99 for 90 minutes, and I still tipped $20. However, the core service was poor enough that I would not return or recommend Four Seasons Massage.

WORST massage experience ever :'( The woman (maybe owner???)…read morewho did my massage was the rudest. Right upon walking in, the lady demanded I pay for my massage upfront. So I did. $60 cash. She/the place reeked of fish/tuna btw, so off putting... The place didn't seem very clean/up to standards and didn't feel completely safe either. I was on edge as I laid my head down (the pillow also reeked of cologne/massage oil...) She was rough and impatient and never asked me if the pressure was okay (or even what I wanted). She kept sighing. She also had very long nails and jabbed me a couple times (no apology either). I eventually asked if she could go a little softer please and she did. She was literally hurting me because she was massaging me so roughly without any consideration. On the table, I felt like I paid $60 to just get beat up . I wasn't very happy about that. She was so rough that my forehead started getting some rug burn from the towels on the massage table. After the massage, I asked if I could get a receipt and she rudely declined. Huh?? I explained to her that I need it due to my car accident/neck injury. She still declined and said I could grab a business card instead. I asked if she could at least right the date and time of massage + price. She begrudgingly wrote a thing or two down. After all this, she then surprisingly said, "where's my tip!?!" I definitely did not feel like tipping after all of that and said I didn't have enough cash. She then proceeded to go off on me yelling and demanding a tip. I left the place feeling scared and not at ease at all. Never returning and I hope no one else has to experience this here or any other massage spa to be frank... 0 STARS

Over priced & terrible massage. It was the Fyre Fest of massages. It was pricey at $180 but I decided to splurge because it's my birthday. Right off the bat things started off in the wrong foot. The pressure was weak and the strokes were all wrong. At one point he started running directly into my spine. Masseuse was a total rookie. He also didn't hit all the spots I mentioned on their forms. He wrapped up the massage 15 mins early, which frankly, I was grateful for. The cherry on top was the 20% gratuity they added at checkout. When I mention that he didn't even do the full 80 min massage she apologized and deducted 10%. All said, I wound up paying $200 for the worst hour-ish massage of my life. Avoid!!!
