If you want the long version keep reading... We had an amazing experience with Flinn's. They were recommended by another plumber due to the need of special equipment to unclog our main sewer line. We contacted them late in the day and were contacted right back and were able to set something up that night for the very next morning which we were thankful for. Jay came out and began looking at our problem and pointed out a water damage problem the clog had caused that we likely would not have noticed until it had done some pretty bad damage. Jay discovered what the problem was and while we had originally called for a main line clog, he let us know that the problem was likely more isolated which ended up saving us some money in the long run. We really appreciated that honesty versus charging us for work that didn't necessarily need to be performed. The very next day the owner reached out to me via text to see how the issue was going and told me to keep in touch about it. He followed up several times after that to make sure everything was okay and even answered a couple questions that I had. You just don't get that kind of customer service at most businesses anymore. We have full faith in Flinn's and will certainly use their services in the future if needed. Thank you Jay, Noah, and team!

The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! It has been a long time, since I have experienced such professional and outstanding customer service!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future (and plan to)!!! Their website claims that their mission is to "treat their customers and each other as family"... and based on what I have experienced thus far, they are living their mission!!! Stuck toilets, no kitchen sink, no laundry...you get the picture. They worked diligently, their bid was great and they charged us what they bid. They left our house immaculate and all we need to do to put our yard to rights is spread some grass seed. They even repaired our front cement walkway before they left. They stayed until 11:30 to make sure we had a kitchen sink tomorrow morning. I strongly recommend that you give them a call. They work diligently, and honestly, they go above and beyond to make sure the work is good. They are also very nice guys. I am not a fan of having strangers in my house but I was very comfortable with the team.

After going through an extensive total home renovation project lasting a solid year and many upgrades over the years, my wife and I have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have trusted sources but lacked a reputable/good standing plumbing company. I had never heard of Leo's Plumbing and Repair LLC. However, they stuck out in their reviews. I state this in terms of consistency with professionalism, quality of work, communication, and truly valuing their clientele - testimony from several past reviews. My initial call and further exchanges in conversation involved Wes. He was always accessible, extremely polite, professional, understanding, accommodating, consistent. Great guy! Further, my situation wasn't an emergency but required a technician within a few days. He explained that their crews were tied up on large projects but managed to make an exception and tend to my requirement within a two day time frame. This was for my convenience, not their's. Nadi was the tech who arrived. He was polite, professional, and did high quality work. The charge for the work was both transparent and extremely fair. I don't know the owner but it's apparent to me that he has created a longstanding and positive culture of quality, trust, and value.

Only when the work truly earns it, and this one does…read more Ahmad installed a flush-mounted NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage for an EV charger, and the execution was flawless from start to finish. The job required running roughly 60 feet of wiring through a long route across multiple studs, which meant cutting a number of access holes along the way. Despite the complexity, everything was routed cleanly and the outlet sits flush exactly as intended. What really impressed me was the drywall finishing. Patching after that many access points can easily turn into a headache, but Ahmad's patchwork was smooth and precise. Some spots were nearly paint-ready with barely any sanding needed. He also cleaned up about 95% of the mess afterward, leaving only a small amount of drywall dust behind, which is more than reasonable for this scope of work. Ahmad also took the time to explain why a NEMA 14-50 was the right choice for an EV charger setup, and went above and beyond by pulling out his multimeter on the spot to show me the proper voltage coming from the outlet. Real peace of mind that the job was done safely and correctly. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I'll absolutely be calling Ahmad again for future projects, and I recommend him without hesitation.
