The salesperson came by the following morning to take a look at what needs to be done. I decided to replace my aging furnace at the same time and the salesperson walked me through the set of rebates that I can get from both Ontario and Enbridge. They also recommended adding attic insulation, which I hadn't done and was much needed. The additional Enbridge rebate pretty much pays for the insulation minus the required energy audit. Constant Home Comfort was able to get local contractors to install the hot water heater and the furnace on the same day. The contractors rolled out a carpet to the basement so that they didn't track dirt into the house and they did a great job of cleaning up after. The contractors fixed some issues with the A/C coil leaking into the furnace. They also taught us how to maintain the new equipment. Constant Home Comfort also took care of the rebates and set up the visit by the energy auditor. They still have to add insulation to the attic, but so far I'm very pleased with their service. Constant Home Comfort takes payment through cheque. They also speak Mandarin.

They finally sent a technician who has no idea how to fix the machine. Promised to send another technician after the first who apparently will still not be able to fix the machine, they are just going to come here and call the manufacturer. We are just supposed to sit here in the scorching heat waiting for them to call the manufacturer who refuses to take their calls. The 24 hr service is an absolute lie. The units they sell are faulty. This company is a scam!

We used them previously to install a Carrier AC unit in our old house and were really happy with their professionalism and the quality of work. Armando was kind enough to arrange to have the work done the same day as he was concerned that we would have no furnace during such cold weather. His team arrived at my home within 3 hours of the call! They were fast, friendly and super efficient. They cleaned up and made sure to take all of the waste and packaging away.
