There is not much of a demarcation between the two stores, except the price suddenly drops to 10-15 times less expensive! The service is really helpful. Do not shop here if you like be treated like a peasant. Run, don't walk but run away as there are so many businesses that actually want and deserve your hard earned money. I suspected you could try to find a vendor to strip and refinish the set, so I decided to stop in at this dot while I was in the area to find out for sure. I was not disappointed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff here to answer my question, because she previously worked in such a place and I got the benefit of her previous work experience. Thank you, dot, for hiring people who really have the background for the job. I decided to have fun browsing the store as it's the end of summer and this clearance outlet has plenty to offer. I wound up creating a set of outdoor placemats over 20 years of having the patio set...yeah lol. I had to create a combination of 3 styles to get 8 placemats, but boy was I rewarded when I went to the cash to ring up. 100% recommend checking this franchise out if you're investigating outdoor furniture options. When you decide to invest in 'great patio furniture' because you're tired of sitting in uncomfortable chairs, you go to .do patio furniture and purchase over $5000 of patio furniture with the covers to protect them. Here's what happens: The cover tears in the wind and your cushions get soaked. You've had the covers for two seasons, but you think, they should have lasted longer than that. You go to the store and ask if they're in stock. The minute you hint that one tore, the manager changes his demeanour. You show him a photo and he says well you've had those for a while because they've lost their colour. He shows you a dark grey cover and you say, they were never grey, we bought them and they were beige. He says, that's weird, I don't get that. You say, ya, me neither. He has to special order the love seat cover. You don't ask for a replacement, you ask for a discount because you get that you've gotten two seasons out of them and it's not fair to have them give you brand new ones. The manager says they need the original receipt. You say, I bought it all online during covid curbside so we should be in the computer. He repeats, we need the original receipt. I walk out. He says, do you want me to order these. I say, sure. The he says, we need a deposit. I say, forget it. I had no intention of going back. I have no intention of going back. You should either. From start to finish our experience was horrible. We picked them up during the height of covid and EVERYBODY took their masks off when they went behind the desk. While checking out, I watched a salesperson eating a messy burrito, licking her fingers and using the computer. It was bananas. They still have their recommended mask sign on the door, which is hysterical!! Go to Lowes. Go to Home Depot. Go to Costco. Go anywhere, but DO NOT GO TO .DOT PATIO FURNITURE.

Without any fuss, they sent a service worker to pick up the base, bring it back to the shop, replace it with deeper holes for the bolts, and fix it all.. while I was out. Parasol wasn't under warantee, but they gave us the replacement base for free and charged only for labour. I was really impressed... especially as we were desperate to use our patio! Thanks, Gus!

Well after shopping at every other carpet store across the city, we ended up back here for our purchase. The prices were comparable to other stores (less expensive than some of the stores catering to designers ), but the service was awesome. They are really passionate about the carpets and want to explain a lot to you about exactly what you're paying for when you buy the different types of carpets and the unique features of one style over another. They let us take a carpet home to make sure we liked it before committing, and they even delivered it on the spot by just carrying it over to our apartment! They do cleaning etc as well so I will definitely continue to get carpet related services here.
