Will ruin your wardrobe etc:…read more had to wash a good amount of clothing here one night. My things were in a storage unit while I waited for my house to finish being built. First, 3$/load, I was fine- thinking it would be good. Dryers are 25c/ 4 minutes- ridiculous! my 175$ comforter, that I cannot wash at home, and never had an issue with any where else- burnt, along with another blanket and a sweater and salvageable plaid pants that I have adored because they mean a lot to me- as I got them on a trip with a friend. they only had a small patch I think I can make the best of. All of these items were in separate dryers. I'm livid- I put 2$ in one dryer and my stuff was still wet. I had to put in more money- making it an average of 7-9$/ load. I was doing about 8-9 loads- with hopes to run more- but never again will I utilize this facility. between the price, unpredictable equipment and the roaches- I can't overlook it. I'm all for supporting small businesses- but this is a warning for anyone in the area- it's cheaper to drive to Columbus, do your laundry and come back. yes, a longer drive, but trust me- it's not worth ruining your things. I left my items that were ruined at the facility. Also, not the biggest deal- but their change machine only gives back on 1$ and 5$ bills. Buddy, with 3$+ prices- if you choose to dry your clothes here? Pop a 20$ slot in there for some quarters. A suggestion. Nothing bad there- but a suggestion- because the local gas stations will not give change for people using this facility.

Soooo excited for this new laundromat in town!…read more Yes! I'm excited! About a laundromat! Whee! I actually found out about this place while I was in the middle of doing a load of laundry at the other laundromat in town. I saw a flyer posted in a bakery about Cynthiana Suds and wanted to check them out right away. As soon as my load was done washing, I packed it into the laundy bag and brought it to Suds to dry. I took a quick look around the place, saw all the giant dryers, and asked the one other person in the building if there were more dryers. She pointed towards the back. Without thinking, I put my clothes in them to dry and...... realized I had put them in a washer. Oops! I misunderstood the woman and my clothes were extra cleaned (I couldn't retrieve the quarters or the clothes to stop the cycle). Fortunately, the dryers worked well and I didn't have to wait longer than 45 minutes for my load to dry. Whew. Cynthian Suds? It's clean! It's bright! It's new! Whee! It's kind of small, but much better than the other laundromat in town with several washer/dryer sizes, free WiFi, and a much more comfortable atmosphere to sit and wait. Or, if you're like me and prefer to spend the wait time walking around town, the main area of town is just a few blocks away. The parking lot here is a bit tricky, but not too bad if there's only a couple people there. Definitely coming here from now on.... until I acquire my own washer/dryer.

Robin is a staff member at this business and was amazingly helpful and kind!…read more I absolutely loathe going to laundromat, but I never place my comforters and/or bedspreads in my own machine, therefore, the need to visit this establishment. Robin made my visit very pleasant! This establishment does quite a bit of drop off laundry service, three staff members were busy folding and ironing laundry for customers. For individuals who opt for self-serve washing and drying, they have a variety of different sized washing machines, and an entire wall of new dryers. All the machines are wiped down after each load and appear super clean. The cost is reasonable for the self-serve washing/drying. I did not inquire about the drop-off service so I am unable to provide insight on that service. They offer two coin machines, as well as vending machines and an ATM. The staff informed me that they are completely remodeling the business, they are adding six new big washing machines (60 lb and 80 lb load capacity), they are putting in new flooring, painting, closing off the back right section (which is where they will be performing the drop-off service tasks of folding, ironing, and bagging laundry. They are also going to add a patio table outside of the entrance and changing the name to "The Laundry Room". The remodel should be completed by the end of June 2025. When I need external laundry services I will definitely return to this business.

Price is always decent ($1.25lb) Recently got a upgrade outside and name change (The Laundry Room) so it's pretty modern outside but looks the same inside. Same great service now even more efficient with online payment. Loved it!
