Jodie is amazing lady who really works hard keeping her shop easy to move throughout and the selection of items are fantastic. The place is neat and clean as well as all the items she displays for sale. Prices are unbeatable. Definitely a shop worth checking in regularly as her rotation and turnover of merchandise changes regularly. I didn't have a lot of time today as my husband was with me and he is not much of a shopper. They did have quite a lot of shoes but they pair I picked up and thought I might buy were $20 and I really felt like that was too much. I will have to check this location out another time when I have more time but at first glance I did not like it as well as some of the other locations I have been to.

I have found vintage Pyrex and some of my favorite kitchen decorations here. It can be hit or miss, and I think the old location was a bit better, but it is definitely more hit than miss, and when it is a hit it is a HIT. There is lots of jewelry to dig through, plenty of clothes, and beautiful furniture pieces like couches and china cabinets. Mostly though, this place is trinket heaven. The volunteers at the counter are always so kind and chatty, and you can tell they run it because they care. They even offer free wigs for people going through cancer treatment, which is incredibly thoughtful. They also have a rewards program you can sign up for. This is my favorite thrift store and one of the first I recommend to people. Real thrift store prices, great finds, and a place that truly does good in the community.

The lady working there was on the phone talking about someone about a mailing problem. Then she complained to the other lady who had been working in the back. Then she was on her cellphone. I asked her about the procedure to consign. She rudely told me and seemed to resent my asking. You pay $25 the first time you bring in your items. Nonrefundable. Your items are priced. 30 days at that price and then they go to 50% off. 30 days after that they are pulled and donated. This store not much better than a thrift store. Pricing is strange. There are new items in the back. Home decor and some food items. The best thing about this shop is the candy bars on the counter where you pay and they are made in Mt. Sterling. The lady at the counter needs a serious class in manners and couth. To have someone this rude and loud mouthed is poor business.
