I'm due with my baby any minute and I was laying in bed thinking of the things I have to get done! Great to find a spot where my crazy pregnant brain can find peace getting my laundry done at odd hours of the night. Firstly I was greeted warmly by the attendant, Charles and as I walked in further to find a machine to pick he showed me two I might be interested in. I picked the bigger one even tho my load wasn't that big because I'd rather have the extra room instead of shoving it all in there. He brought me a buggy without me asking which was very nice of him. I loaded up and waited in my car just because it's 2am and I want to watch YouTube videos without being rude to the other patron of the place. It's 2am on a Tuesday morning and there are 3 of us here plus an attendant. It's well lit and clean. I feel safe, so far so good. I used a 4 load machine w warm water which cost 5.50. It appears that your cost goes by your temp. Makes sense. I usually go to woodhill laundry all the way on the other side of town and have been for several months. I like Meadowthorpes hours though. Can't beat a 24hr spot esp when it's clean, warm, and has friendly service! The only 24 hr laundry's I have been to were sketchy. This ain't! Also decently priced I'd say.

The washers and dryers were adequately working. They have washer and dryer sizes to accommodate all laundry loads. I washed 4 loads including 2 covers and a large comforter for approximately $25. Unfortunately, the staff was not very attentive or professional on Sunday, May 17th. I had a few questions and he was outside on his cell having a conversation with someone on speaker phone. I asked a question and he rudely told me to "wait a minute". Finally, he showed me how to pay for a card to use in the equipment. There were also a few minor leaks from the shafts going across the ceiling. They were leaking into small containers catching the water dripping. That looked as if it needed to be repaired immediately. All in in all, I would give it a 7 out of 10. The music was great! The oldies station plays while you wait. They also have refreshments for purchase. I would return. Hopefully, the minor inconveniences will be addressed/repaired prior to my return.

I actually found out about this place while I was in the middle of doing a load of laundry at the other laundromat in town. I saw a flyer posted in a bakery about Cynthiana Suds and wanted to check them out right away. As soon as my load was done washing, I packed it into the laundy bag and brought it to Suds to dry. I took a quick look around the place, saw all the giant dryers, and asked the one other person in the building if there were more dryers. She pointed towards the back. Without thinking, I put my clothes in them to dry and...... realized I had put them in a washer. Oops! I misunderstood the woman and my clothes were extra cleaned (I couldn't retrieve the quarters or the clothes to stop the cycle). Fortunately, the dryers worked well and I didn't have to wait longer than 45 minutes for my load to dry. Whew. Cynthian Suds? It's clean! It's bright! It's new! Whee! It's kind of small, but much better than the other laundromat in town with several washer/dryer sizes, free WiFi, and a much more comfortable atmosphere to sit and wait. Or, if you're like me and prefer to spend the wait time walking around town, the main area of town is just a few blocks away. The parking lot here is a bit tricky, but not too bad if there's only a couple people there. Definitely coming here from now on.... until I acquire my own washer/dryer.

There was stuff everywhere. The floors were filthy. It looks like it's never been cleaned underneath their sinks, I wouldn't use their bathrooms, I would go outside first, it's just disgusting so I decided that I would email the company instead of posting a nasty review about them to see if I could get anything accomplished. Well, needless to say I did not I even offered to work there, he said he has 24 hour workers, which I've never seen I've seen a girl out there, sleeping a lot of times but nobody cleaning, I asked her if she worked there, she told me no, but they say they're clean. And all it's false advertisement. But people have to care about the place they live, pick yourself up that you drop on the floor if you spill something wipe it up, I mean, come on, people get a little bit of pride in yourself and your community and actually makes me sick to think that this is how Latonia has turned out.\n But the owner reassured me that on his part, he would make sure that the stuff was clean.
