I politely interrupted and informed Mike that I had arrived long before this customer he was helping. However, Mike did not seem to care and told me to " wait, and he would be with me shortly". After another 10 minutes passed, Mike H. finally turned his attention to me. I explained I was there to add an international calling plan as I was traveling out of the country for approximately 18 days. After allowing him access to my account, he refused to help me as the account is listed under my daughter and son in law at the same address as mine. HE REFUSED TO CONTACT MY DAUGHTER TO ASK PERMISSION TO ALLOW THIS TRANSACTION. I explained to Mike that on several occasions when I have visited this store for this same request, the service person contacted my daughter for authorization and completed my request. Mike told me that my daughter had to call Customer Service to complete my request! THAT's ODD- I THOUGHT MIKE REPRESENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE! I believe Mike was very rude (borderline belligerent ) to me and would never go back to this store again. I returned home and completed the transaction on the phone with a very pleasant agent. He then opened my phone to get to get the model number and went on the internet to EBay to see If they had any for sale. He found one for me order it right in front of me and it arrived in 3 days. Mike received the phone switched out my old motherboard so he saved all of my contacts. He charged me exactly what he paid for the phone that we both looked at on EBay along with the cost of removing and replacing the motherboards . I had stopped a Verizon first and the could only sell me a new phone plus activation fees totaling $180 dollars .
