Decided to switch due to increasing bills without increased use and poor customer service to find out the problem. At this time found that they were expecting equipment back we never got. They "forgave" it once we asked for proof of whoever signed for it (since it was bever sent) but I found out we've been getting changed $5 a month rental fee for equipment we never had which adds up to $180 over 3 years yhat they will not give back and effectivly stole from us. Be weary when considering Cox. read more

I was told to drop my pickup off at 1:00 right after lunch and it would be ready in a couple of hours. I walked back to get it and it was done on time The previous windshield trim seal had leaked from time to time and I mentioned it to the guy when I dropped it off They did a great job and I have been in several heavy downpours since and NO LEAKS! The moral of this review is, use a local family owned company with midwest values instead of a big National chain and they'll do the job right the first time I'm a happy camper Thanks Kansas Glass William Edgar
