Many companies wouldn't give me a quote without a home visit, but they understood that I was making a decision very soon and were eager to get me the best price and earn my business. I was very surprised that even being located in Conway and me in Charleston, they still had the most competitive price quote and didn't add on a big travel charge. Ultimately, I ended up going with a different company that happened to be around the corner from me and had the unit I needed in stock. They were able to install today when we're in the coldest weather of the year and I had no heat. Baker's was a few days out to get the package unit I needed. Aside from those couple things, I may have gone with them and would definitely recommend them to others in the future.
