I've personally watched her speak disrespectfully not only to people checking in, but also to some of the employees. When you're already coming to a doctor's office stressed or not feeling well, the last thing you want is to be greeted with that kind of attitude. Their appointment scheduling also needs serious improvement. I was told there was an opening, got scheduled, and then when I showed up they told me the appointment was actually for a completely different day and time. That kind of mix-up wastes people's time and shouldn't be happening at a medical office. To make things even worse, they later told me I had "rescheduled too many times" and that they were considering dropping me as a patient -- which was extremely frustrating considering the scheduling confusion on their end in the first place. Unfortunately, the care itself didn't feel much better. It often seemed like the doctors were just trying to put a temporary bandage on issues instead of really figuring out what's going on and helping fix the problem. Overall, the front desk professionalism, scheduling system, and quality of care all need major improvement. Patients deserve to feel respected and confident in the care they're receiving, and that just wasn't my experience here.

You can be given a morning appointment and will be called and told the Doctor has decided to come in later that morning. When you do go you often aren't seen until almost an hour after your appointment time. They push products that the doctor endorses as a side business. While he continues to barely be available he is opening more locations.... How about be available at the locations you current have. I changed offices and what a difference in my medical care

Though they could be a little better with reminders once your there they will take care of your needs then get you back in action. Most times they see me the same day, and have a straight forward approach. The staff offers options for your care, (something i don't care for) i' not a Doctor of medicine and don't care to be one. If you see the DR. Coffee he will put you on the right path however the staff tends to offer you different choices. The bottom line i don't want choices i want results, but if you stick with this group you will get results and feel better. Mostly the DR is a home town man with a seemingly good moral compass. i use them on a regular basis and have never felt better. only problem i see is the Tennessee volunteer room, i would gladly change that to crimson tide! Walked in the lady at counter was very friendly and asked what I needed to be seen for. She asked if I'd been there before, yes I have last year. So they already had all my information. Nurse called me in to a room waited to be seen. After exam was told if worse in morning to call and they'd add another prescription then I was on my way with the first prescription. I truly like the staff here. I would still recommend anyone to go here.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. His nurse acted embarrassed when he left the room. I told her that he was a nut and I left. I ended up paying the guy because I hate to have to owe anyone money. I was also offended by the Botox posters plastered all over the waiting room walls and hallway.....and then you see a Biblical scripture facing you you when you go to the pay window. I thought that was a bit ironic. I am not complaining about the scripture, just that it was placed in the middle of all these botox posters....weird. When Dr. B came in she…read moregave me a neuro exam then she went over my EEG results, taken at the hospital, and explained it all to me. She was so thorough and very, very nice. She explained why she wanted me on medication and explained what the EEG was saying. I was very nervous with the abnormal EEG and Dr B explained it all. She made me feel at ease. I am a retired nurse and would definitely let you know that she is worth the visit and would advise you to see her, you will be happy.
