To keep it brief, we had a holiday booked to Egypt when suddenly, not long after we booked it and as such without holiday insurance, my daughter was diagnosed with Atypical Tuberculosis and became very ill very quickly. Sarah and Wendy went above and beyond to help sort out my extremely distressing situation with kindness, compassion and understanding. Without them we would have lost a £10,000 holiday with my Mum after recently losing my Dad. Wendy and Sarah always delivered in the time-frames they promised and at times outside of their work hours whilst we were in hospital. Wendy and Sarah are everything a customer service representative should be and deserve the highest praise. They went over and above to be all that I needed from a company and are an absolute credit to TUI.
