Great office setting - I have spent a year at this complex, and have had a great experience…read more The team is top shelf - always helpful and professional. Even though there are literally 300 offices to track, the administrative team is always available, friendly and professional. Matt Derosa is wonderful to work with, and is always happy to greet my clients and make them feel at home. Our new admin Muriel is excellent as well - just highly personable and very welcoming. Both of them have gone well beyond the norm to support my business and enhance my experience there. The value of this site is also just tremendous - to have all services included such as internet, housekeeping, phone, etc. has been extremely helpful for my budget. Other similar places I've been in the past are nowhere near as affordable, and tend to add on various fees which inflate the cost. One place nearby charged an additional 150 bucks for an office with a window, and rented out conference rooms by the hour. This operation provides free use of conference rooms, 24-hour access, free copying/printing (within reason, of course), and a nice lounge with unlimited tea, coffee and spring water, which I find very generous. But the main value is in the management team there, which is top notch. If I had any suggestions for improvement, it would be that I had some difficulties with the IT folks that they partner with. But when an issue arose, Matt jumped right in and made sure that my problem was addressed quickly and effectively. So if you are looking for a solid business which offers great value, service and collegiality, you can't possibly go wrong here.

What is nice is plenty of shopping in the area as well for groceries and few nice stores same stores that I used to shop at in New York. You have to watch at night for wildlife I have see foxes here and they are BIG, and there is a deer population that I do see here as well. In the Spring, I have sweet little hummingbirds that come to my patio to drink the nectar from the feeder I have hanging and I never saw a hummingbird before in my life until I came to New Jersey! They are so tiny and nice to watch in the Spring. It is a nice building and nice apartment with great space to move about. Its quite comforting. Nice small gym to use for basic work outs and a pool in summer. Or you go join the gym next door to us in Harbour Plaza. All the stores are up the street or next door very convenient as well as the hospital. I loved my experience at West Side Lofts…read more West Side Lofts is located on top of the West elm building in Red Bank and it is a great location centrally to everywhere. One of the brightest things about this area is that it's a five minute walk to downtown Red Bank and a one minute walk to the train station to New York City. While living next to the train station might be offputting to some I can tell you I practically never heard it when I slept. In terms of amenities, there is a basic gym downstairs. There's plenty of things to do throughout the building, such as a rooftop where you can host a small party and some guests and other things such as a pool table, foosball and other kinds of activities. The parking situation is very reasonable too. I live there from August 2024 to May 2025 and I left because of finding a house to live in. There was nothing wrong with West Side Lofts and in fact the transition to leaving before my lease end was really smooth as well. All of the management are very friendly and helpful. One awesome thing about the management is that they are constantly trying to engage the residents to hang out and meet each other. They host social events, such as mixers, and happy hours and other kinds of events throughout the building and the brewery downstairs.
