One of the packages had torn exposing the meat inside. Disappointing but figured it was a one off. Second package arrived in February. Again ripped packaging. This time it was two packages of meat that had to be thrown out. This time I reached out and they offered a small credit or a replacement of the meat. I took the replacement. Third package arrived in March. AGAIN torn packaging. This time it was sliced open. Obviously they have a distribution problem. It seems like this is a common issue. At this point I don't trust the meat. It's a health hazard and I'm done. Canceling my subscription. I definitely would not recommend them.

Trader Joe's and BJ's sell kosher food; try them. The Butcherie has chosen not to be a quality player in the now non-competitive kosher marketplace.
