End of May I cancelled my subscription via an extensive phone conversation, again with a foreign customer service agent, in an another country other than the United States. I canceled it primarily because I have an ongoing complaint regarding a Groupon a purchased on Groupon.com (http://groupon.com/) Groupon number: 1000-1497599999 for $175.00 I called Groupon they told me the Groupon code is active and to contact burcherbox customer service to resolve, this as been an ongoing complaint for 8 months, which is why I cancelled my auto subscription until this was resolved, 2) you didn't cancel my subscription, and continued to bill me $319.00 for a box, I didn't subscibe to, to an old address I no longer live at, I'm furious and disappointed that my phone call today to butcher box was another foreign person who doesn't understand the situation. Thank you and God bless you, Savenor's for lasting so long, and most of all, Chef Julia Child who blessed us mere mortals with the Art of French Cooking! You were a pioneer and role model. My Mom gave me my first cookbook a labor of love co-authored by Julia Child and Simone Beck "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" as a gift.
