I didn't personally eat the cookies I ordered (they were a father's day gift), but: a) they didn't get there for a week after I ordered, because of the Holidays I guess (?), but I received no warning that they would be delayed and b) My dad's response was that they were too sweet, and that mine were better. My biggest pet peeve with desserts is dry crumbling brownies....I always half bake my own brownies but it's hard to find that elsewhere......Their brownie is perfect....my only suggestion is they rename the brownie I like to 'super moist amazingly delicious brownie' ...I think a crazy name change is appropriate when talking about sweets! read more

These are the best cookies I think I've ever had. I don't like anything too fancy, but I've heard the more obscure ones are amazing, too, but as far as a downhome chocolate chip cookie... I've never had something so delish. I have never picked up, always get them sent, as I hear picking them up is a little shady and you have to find some weird back door... but I sent them to a friend of mine in New York recently when she was really really sick.. and I'd say that it is worth the shipping charge (she would agree). I purchased a livingsocial deal and paid $15 for $30 worth of cookies at Geoff and Drew's. The coupon code provided by geoff and drew expired and when I contacted them again for a new code (months later), they said they could only offer $20 coupon code because the code expired. I was like fine, I didn't want to argue over it even though if they really cared and had good customer service, they would have still provided a $30 coupon code which was the deal I purchased through livingsocial Plus, $11 for shipping (cheapest shipping cost) isn't really worth the price of the cookies and with the coupon code, I ended up paying another $15. The coupon code is useless and pointless. I wouldn't buy from them again. They obviously needed some business because they offered a deal on livingsocial. read more

I bought a Groupon for Geoff and Drew's. I was instructed to email for a promotion code, which I did and never received. I did get through to a live person that said she personally checked the emails everyday and I never sent one. I then placed the order online and a WEEK later I am still waiting for it to be sent. $12.95 in shipping costs should have been there in two days....Will not recommend and will not use again! read more

These cookies are great. I can't decide which one I like better, the white chocolate chip/cranberry or the Toffee cookie. My wife was sent some as a gift from work and came in a really cool box. We didn't know what was inside, but knew it was a thoughtful gift. Needless to say, the cookies didn't stand a chance and we only wish they were bigger because they were so good. A coworker sent a number of us gift boxes from this company at $125 each box, and cookies were moldy! What's worse, when two of us called the company to report this the woman answering the phone was incredibly rude and made it our fault that the cookies were not eaten in 2 weeks from he time they were made... No where on the box does it mention "perishable" or "to be eaten by" date. This was a very negative experience this year. From having these cookies in the past, I would say they are not worth the trouble to begin with - too sweet and not much else to them. And way too expensive read more
