We ordered via DoorDash but I can honestly say that the ambiance as well as the service is always warm & welcoming. Now, for the food... I unfortunately, have to leave a bit of a negative review for that as when I ordered the "budget buster" brisket, I received four small pieces of fat and really no meat at all. I understand that budget buster means less and that's totally fine. (depending on pricing) Of course this probably won't keep me from ordering from there again but I'll definitely be weighing out options first. I forgot to add a pic but I'm pretty sure one could picture what I'm talking about from the mere description.

There was a large party in the front but noone waiting. We couldn't decide between tacos and bbq so we ordered both :) We ordered 2 full meals which was enough to feed an entire family! Daughter and I LOVED everything we ordered! Especially the dessert! Service was great from the beginning as well. The owners work the counter and the food line and when we asked a bit about the restaurant they took the time to tell us a bit about it which I enjoyed. You order at the counter and then the food is brought to the table. Only thing I didn't love here is that none of the tables that we tried would sit flat. They all have a wobble or wobbly leg and there was at least one time I thought my drink was going to spill from table wobble - I do not like the anxiety of having to wonder if my drink is going to spill on me during a dinner out.

The dough was light and slightly airy with good chew. No leopard spots but nice char. I loved the combination of toppings! Apparently this is a catering company that brings its pizza truck to you. I was sitting there shoving the pizza in my mouth trying to think about what kind of party I could have to have them cater! It's really really good! "Express" in a restaurant name normally means a trimmed down menu. That's not the case here. I overheard the owner tell another party he originally intended this spot to be fast food, but after the sign was ordered he decided to go full service. That's why there's a full Mexican menu. Pricing is $12-$15 for most entrees; fajitas are $16-$20. The lunch section of the menu is mostly egg dishes. A "you pick two" section has two entree items plundered beans and rice for $12-a good value. However, after scanning the menu a little longer I found the real value if you're not overly hungry: your choice of an entree item with beans and rice for $9. I opted for that--with a chicken taco--and it was filling. (I'd already feasted on complemented chips and salsa.) The chicken in the abundant soft taco wasn't overly cooked, nor were the beans and rice. Basically, for the price of fast food I had a filling meal of freshly made food and table service (with a visit from the owner to confirm all was satisfactory). Definitely worth a return visit.
