He has been the only doctor that we have ever met that has not only been right there when we need him but has his cell phone on stand bye after hours in case we need him for an emergency. During my children's office visits the staff are very kind and patient even when they are dealing with my son DeAntre that has ADHD. They do not leave my children in the lobby for hours before their scheduled office visit like most doctors they do not ignore us for several days after trying to contact the office with a returned phone call like most doctors do. We hear back from them the same day or Dr. ChitKara returned our calls by his own personl cell phone. ANY TIME that we are in need Dr. Chitkara and his staff have always been there to satisfy my children when they need care. As far as the rude disrespectful comments and inpatient narcissistic remarks from past patient that did not have no respect for Dr. Chitkara and his staff maybe you should check in to see a specialist yourself.

Every time I called the extremely rude front desk ladies would say "oh we will fax it again" but they never did! We were hit in a serious Auto accident a month ago & getting this office to do anything for my children has been hell! They simply do not care! After bringing my children to their Pediatrician as recommended by the ER two days after our accident he told us we would be fine only to find out both my daughters suffer from post concussion symptoms, severe whiplash, extreme PTSD & my 11yr old has a torn MCL in her right knee (that went undetected at Springfield regional Aswell but you can read about that on their reviews too) When I asked him for the fourth time for a referral to see a psychologist he said "why should I have to do that" ! His license needs to be taken and I pray his family never has to go through what my family has endured at the hands of his Malpractice & cold heart!

I see Amy, she has so far great, and I feel comfortable with being completely honest with her. She gives me options on my meds and respects my decisions with what my choices are. She lets me know if I need anything to just message her and if I need an appointment to just call or message her over portal. I won't go into details, but she has slowly showed me that I can start trusting mental health providers. I am big on advocating for mental health. I hope to keep doing with this business with them! If I need to update my review, I will, weather its good or bad (hopefully good). All I ask is for help and communication, especially when It comes to this kid of care!

The doctor I saw was Dr. Andres Barrero Ortiz MD., he was kind, insightful, and proficient in his abilities. I absolutely recommend him as a family doctor. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and resourceful. I found out they have a chiropractor and a dentist on site! Looks like I will look up both of those doctors and if they seem like the right fit .. we may try them out. We've been with our current dentist & chiropractor for a couple of decades ... worth a shot! Considering they are much closer than both of ours now. Paperwork was minimal and I didn't have to wait at all to get the Appt made - (less than a 3-day wait) and when I checked in today it took less than 10 minutes for them to call me back. There were two other families in front of me that were called back prior to me. Satisfied customer. Thank you.
