Nice range, but that's the only positive I can come up with. Firearms pricing used to be…read moreridiculous as compared to others, but has become moderately competitive over the past few years. All of the decent employees are no longer there and have been replaced by know-nothing, unfriendly or downright sullen sales associates. Online orders have gone from a 3 day delivery wait to 10 business days (do not believe the 5-7 business day wait posted on the website). All other gun shops in the area still deliver in 3 days or less. In short, this place caters to beginners and people who don't know any better. If you're a beginner and enjoy being taken advantage of, by all means go to Range USA. However, if not I would recommend Atwell's in Painesville or Sherwin Shooting Sports in Willowick as an alternative. Both have decent ranges and knowledgeable staff members.

They failed to complete tune cuz string was stretched, and needed replaced. Still saw fit to re-serve the peep and replace the d loop unnecessarily. When my husband asked for the manager it was refused, when employees were questioned he was told this is standard practice and hung up on him. If u r looking for bow repair DO NOT GO THERE. He told me he would not be available when I come in Saturday, but Joe Jr would be able to provide the education and direction I was seeking and Joe Jr did not fail! I was honest with my background and training and he met me where I was with a great feeling. We never discussed price range or point because, i ultimately wanted a model I could handle for my stature, strength and awareness.
