They failed to complete tune cuz string was stretched, and needed replaced. Still saw fit to re-serve the peep and replace the d loop unnecessarily. When my husband asked for the manager it was refused, when employees were questioned he was told this is standard practice and hung up on him. If u r looking for bow repair DO NOT GO THERE. My son now has a bow that is questionably not safe to shoot till he pays for another store to replace the stretched string and re-tune it. Absolutely unacceptable business practices all around.

Unlike some of the retail shooting stores in Mentor, this place trust and assumes that you are handy and familiar with a weapon and they treat you absolutely like an adult. Some of the other retail shooting establishments have gone to have rangemasters that really have no idea what they're doing but that's not the case here. My goal was to have my son and I be able to shoot and not have someone hovering over us so I can give him proper instruction. This range doesn't have anything some of the other retail ranges has but I love it just the same. I was able to take my son and get him proficient on a 22 bolt action as well as a small 380 pistol. And of course there were some old timers sitting out in the waiting room who always had a good story or a little bit of advice to give you. They really seem to embrace the fact that you're bringing your son there to teach him the proper way to handle a firearm. Because he was my kid and under 18 he was no charge and they charged me $25 total for the close to three hours I was there. We're going to try to make this a bi-monthly event.
