I had a wing back chair that has been in our family for over 50 years. It's been recovered at least 4 times before in Michigan. I had it recovered with "Cover Rite" and what a nightmare. I had hot pink material that was stitched with white thread, and a zipper on the cushion that looked like a child put it in. I took the cushion back to be redone. While it was at the shop I looked the chair over more carefully. There was a nail sticking out and the bottom of the chair looked like it had been stapled with an office stapler and not a staple gun. I put a stop payment on my check. Then I called the owner Marv. He said he would fix everything. Then he called back and told me I couldn't have my cushion back until I paid him the money owed him. I told him when he delivered the cushion I would pay him. Had he wanted cash I would of done that. He told me until I paid him the money I could not have the cushion. I told him to keep it and ended up going to "Loom Crafters" in Vernon Hills. They saved the day. They made me a new cushion and the chair is not perfect but, better.
