Isaac responded helpfully to several text messages in which I…read morehad asked for his professional opinion on something, even after he knew I had selected another contractor this time. Isaac also spotted several dangerously leaning trees that other pros had overlooked on their inspection of our property. And he creatively recommended forestry mulching, a method I had not previously heard of, as a time-efficient and lasting alternative to using a pole-saw to trim branches away from our long driveway. They were prompt during the quote, many other local companies would not return my voicemails during that process. Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. They removed all debris, the tree looked fabulous. My wife did not even recognize it. Super friendly, prompt, great attention to detail and AFFORDABLE!
