Advantage is now just another large company that only wants to sell you a new and expensive system. I use them for 2 houses and totally trust them.

After spending hours of researching and reading about different licensed air…read moreconditioning companies and their creditability near the Fort Walton Beach area, my husband and I decided to choose The Better Heating and Air Conditioning Company. It was well worth the research. I called and a left a message and received a returned call immediately. I spoke with Brian the owner and explained the issues and situation, he was patient, and respectful, with excellent customer service. Brain scheduled a certain time to send Jim his technician out the same day. GREAT! Jim called thirty minutes before arrival time to let us know that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he introduced himself; I explained as best as I could and showed him our air conditioner. Jim examined the air conditioner and was very explicit with pointing out each detail what the problems were. I could see that it was (TWO MANY). I can confidently say this company met our expectations with their attention to detail and commitment to QUALITY and VALUE. We met Brian the owner in person, who reiterated about the history of the small company he owns, which we had already read. Brian the owner delivered exactly what was promised the same day. The quality, service, VALUE, and the overall experience has made us happy. (HINT) from experience, we learned that larger companies with their fleet of vehicles to service the public isn't always the best. In addition, the International Carrier Corporation - BRYANT AIR CONDITIONER is a good air conditioner to invest in. GREAT QUALITY SERVICE AND AFFORDABLE. We thank you very much.

He didn't have the part we needed, but he was able to keep it going until he could come back later in the day to install the part. Blake was professional, friendly and efficient getting the work done. The price for the part and service was very reasonable. We appreciated his honesty and not trying to upsell us a new unit.
