Gabriella works wonders!!!…read more I found Gabriella through Yelp. Checked her Instagram and knew she was the one who I wanted to have plan my first baby shower. I have to start that working with 33 weeks pregnant woman is not easy. She was extremely patient and attentive to all the details I made changes a 100 times but she pulled it through. She has everything I needed with a few options. She always made me feel like a priority she was always on time and delivered everything she promised and more! She even ordered and picked up a cake and baking goods for me for no additional fee. The event theme was bear and a baby blue color. Everything was beautiful I had the baby table the balloons that she blew in the morning so they look crisp, she set up all the seatings made a welcome sign, wrapped my gifts, took care of linens made adorable center pieces, helped to choose games and made them ready! My guests were so impressed with the entire set up and the organization and so was I and my family. Thank you so much Gabriella!!! I recommend her services to anyone who is looking for one.

This is long overdue, but Anjella worked her magic for my sangeet, wedding, and reception in July…read more2017. She was hands down our best vendor and so so lovely to work with. She made sure she was available via phone, email, and even in person for the months leading up to my events. She patiently sat with me as I FaceTimed my now husband to show him everything on the screen, and sat with my parents and in laws and was willing to adjust even up to the few weeks before the events. She totally understood my vision but was cognizant of our budget as well, and everything came out even better than we expected. Each of our events had a totally different look but Anjella helped tie everything together so it was cohesive, and our pictures are proof of that. I saw her first hand at every event making sure everything was just as we wanted. My parents and in laws liked her so much that they ate lunch at the wedding with her. I would hands down recommend Anjella to any bride (especially an anxious one like myself) because she makes you feel like your wedding is her priority. She remembers all your preferences and even the little nuances, and makes sure you are happy with everything as you go through the process.

I said white with pops of purple and they came out all cream colored and not in a nice array. My bouquet was falling apart and wilted, and overall did not look as nice as what I wanted. I also had to tell the "one person" doing the event to change the way the flowers were assembled on the cake. The corsages were also falling apart too. After two years dwelling on this, I am finally posting my review. Such a shame all that money spent on a wedding and did not get what I liked in return. Our stage did not withstand a lot of weight in return causing one of the floral sides to come off that my coordinator had to ziptie back together.

I got married October 22 and hands down the best decision I made was hiring a wedding planner/day…read moreof coordinator. My wife and I planned most of the wedding ourselves but then came across Jennifer from Worth a Shot events about halfway through our planning. She was PHENOMENAL throughout the whole process. My wife and I kept saying we should have just hired her from the beginning. She took care of EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING. Anything that we had planned already she went over and helped us with all of our final touches. There were some things that we didn't even realize we needed. Any vendors that we had booked already she looked into their pricing and made sure they had the best deal. If she found a better deal she let us know and we were even able to save a bit of money. She planned our entire after party and provided everything we needed so we didn't have to do a thing. She provided us a time line for our ceremony, reception, and after party. She wrote everything out for us so it was clear and everything went just as it was written. She showed up well before we arrived for photos at the venue and did not leave until well after the after party. She stayed on top of everything. The ceremony was PERFECT. Everything went so smoothly. She set everything up exactly how we wanted. Of course we had a few hiccups come up and she was on top of it before I could even say anything. The day before the wedding we brought our dog to a friend to watch him for the wedding. Our heads were so all over the place and trying to scramble last minute things that we forgot a couple things to bring with him. Jennifer without hesitation came to our house, picked up his things and brought it to the dog sitter! That was just so amazing and definitely something way beyond the extra mile that we appreciated so much. We also had an issue with our venue where they were claiming we could no longer take photos before the ceremony which again made our heads spin. We called Jennifer and within a couple hours it was resolved and we were all good to take photos beforehand. The limo company who was providing us a shuttle bus from the venue to our after party last minute claimed they did not have any buses available. Well long story short Jennifer made some phone calls and sure enough there was a shuttle bus waiting for us to take us all over to the after party. There was also a huge issue with my suit for the wedding. I went to a "custom suit" company who gave me a suit with crooked seams and pants with no liner so the pants were completely see through. I couldn't wear these so I had to improvise and scramble 2 days beforehand to find another pair. Luckily I found a pair of pants in my closet that worked out but she was ready to go to Macy's at 7am to find me a pair of pants. To this day 7 weeks later, Jennifer is still in contact and fighting with the company who sold me the suit trying to get any kind of reimbursement. I truly believe Jennifer is doing her job from the kindness of her heart and not for the money. I would pay 3x the price for what she did for us. We got SO many compliments from people at the wedding of how amazing everything was and we really couldn't have done it without her. I am pointing out the hiccups because no one would even know about them because of her. Without her I think things would have gone a lot differently. I HIGHLY recommend Jennifer with Worth a Shot Events. Trust me, it is so worth it. You won't regret it.
