My place was in shambles. I haven't been in good enough health to clean my home properly for the…read morepast 3 to 4 months and was in desperate need of a deep clean. Eco-Friendly brought over a team and I'm so happy I chose their service. [SERVICE] I chose a deep clean service with multiple add-ons (window blinds, extra tub/shower scrub). Due to the size of our house we were provided with 4 cleaners who arrived exactly on time - I was so pleased that we were given 4 cleaners instead of the standard 2. But keep in mind, this depends on the service and add-ons selected as well as the size and condition of your home. It took 2.5 hours with the crew of 4. The cleaners that came were all so respectful, courteous and attentive to detail. I hope the next time I call, we get to have this same exact team. [QUALITY] I have two dogs (including a very furry Golden Retriever), and the amount of fur bunnies that roll around the floors and furniture is never ending. The areas underneath the beds and sofas were like deep, dark jungles of fur. After the cleaning service, it was so clean, I could see the reflection of my face coming off those floors. There was also this small, dusty Slytherin pin tumbling around my closet, someone even cleaned that. [PRICE] The price depends on the service(s) you're requesting (noting that a standard clean and a deep clean are different), the size of your house, and also the condition your house is in. With that being said, I was happy with the price I paid. I've tried Hux a few times and one other cleaning service in the Atlanta area, all of those charged less but the service and quality were not worth it. But I'm happy with the service and quality I received from Eco-Friendly for the price I paid, and I will gladly call them next time.

Eco-Friendly Maids was SO incredibly helpful, communicative, and responsive to my many questions…read moreand specific requests. I've had two deep cleans with them (2021 and 2024) and they put so much effort into doing a great job- both beforehand in preparing for the clean, and during the actual clean. My condo looks and feels so much better. They were so thorough! I was feeling a lot of conflicting emotions and guilt about hiring someone to clean my house but I was so overwhelmed with everything else apart from my house, and now I don't have the additional pressure of feeling like my house is dirty, so I'll say it was totally worth it. One more note, the cleaning was almost a week ago and my house still smells great when I walk in. I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products.

House cleaning review…read more My regular housekeeper called out sick and I really did not have the time or energy to clean my house myself. I reached out to TDO and received a reply within minutes. I was able to quickly schedule and book a house cleaning for the next day! The pricing is transparent and straight forward based on sq footage, # of rooms and bathrooms. My house cleaner Shadorian was really nice and made sure everything was to my liking. My only recommendation is to provide your own supplies. I typically provide all supplies because I am picky and prefer "greener" products but I did not realize that I was out of all purpose cleaner and they use Fabulouso which is fine for a rental property but not my preference for my house. Nothing big enough to remove a star for but something to consider. All the best to TDO, they offer a great service!

I found their company through an extensive online search in August 2020, including Yelp, as I had a unique cleaning situation. I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible. Lenora is highly organized and and along with Herschell, take personal pride in the work their team performs. They took great care to be sure the facility looked perfect for a scheduled photo & video shot. Plus, the entire team managed this project so graciously while following COVID-19 procedures. Fresh and Clean did such a fantastic job and we were so happy working with the team, that they have been hired on as the facility's permanent cleaning staff. Thank you Fresh and Clean! 5 plus stars!!
