Bathroom was not that clean and it was very small. Hotel is rundown - very disappointed - I expected more from Marriot.

I've heard the event used to be held at a different venue, but many people seem thrilled with the move to this location. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. You really can't go wrong with an event held near the water, even if you don't get a direct view since there's no actual windows upstairs(that I've noticed). The space is elegant, well-designed, and consistently organized to perfection each year. Everything runs smoothly, from valet parking at the entrance to easy access via stairs or elevator. The second floor is mostly hallways with large ballrooms throughout, making it easy to navigate between spaces. Overall, it's always such a fun and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a special event or function--you won't be disappointed.

The only availability they had was for Saturday morning at 9 am for 60 minutes. I agreed and made the booking. I asked if we would have access to the other amenities at the spa and they informed that it was a small spa, but you could have access to the pools. The day of the massages we arrived early to fill out paperwork, changed and sat in the relaxation room until it was time for our appointment. They did offer us complimentary water, tea, and cookies. I think at 9 am they could have offered light breakfast pastries instead of cookies and brownies as I know they serve breakfast upstairs. When it was time for the massages, they put my husband and I in separate rooms. I was under the impression that booking a couples massage we would be in the same room. The massages themself were nothing impressive. The staff outside the room were pretty noisy sounded like they were stocking things and talking. Someone even walked into my husband's room during his massage. When we went to check out the person checking us out looked like she might have been training, but she was also not the most pleasant. A 20% gratuity is already included so we paid almost $400. for 2 60-minute massages that were just mid. Not worth the price especially when they don't have any other amenities to offer besides the pool.

Jensen Beach By Courtyard Marriott - Nasty little bug!

I wish I could give this hotel a better review as we really enjoyed our stay. The gentleman Steven,…read morethat worked the desk on check-in was extremely nice! The lobby was very clean and smelled great. The rooms were nothing extravagant but our view was worth a million bucks! All was well Friday and Saturday but the unthinkable happened on Sunday...BED BUGS! I was completely mortified! We packed our belongings and were out of the hotel by 7am. The sweet girl at the desk downstairs understood my frustration and assured me a manager would be in contact. At the time of check-out they did not offer to send housekeeping or anyone to our room to confirm or rule out my allegations. 3 days and multiple phone calls went by before the manager called me back. She expressed her apologies and comped our stay. She didn't seem too shocked with the news. She did inform me that she contacted their pest control company who in fact confirmed it was bed bugs. The manager did ask how we were doing and asked if anyone was bit (2 of us were...yuck!) She stated that their pest control company said there was not an infestation as they did not see "much evidence" of bed bugs but they did SEE 3 live bugs in our room. Upon doing a review search of the hotels it seems like they've had this issue a few times in the past.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was efficient and extremely courteous. Great location! The tiki bar was staffed with an EXCELLENT bartender and a wide variety of cocktails THAT WEREN'T OVERPRICED! 30 steps to the beach which wasn't crowded at all. I actually witnessed the gentleman that was working the cabana offer his help to a maintenance worker! The rooms were clean and had recently been updated. Bed was comfy and had recently been replaced as well. We received a late check out, and there was no problem using the amenities the day we checked out. Free parking. Total hidden gem. We'll definitely be back!

We were hoping for a 3:00 check-in but the room wasn't ready until almost 4:30. We were about to head up to the room when the elevator went on the fritz. The repair company was called and we finally got in the room around 7:30. We are on the fifth floor facing the ocean. The view is fabulous and the breeze heavenly. The sun setting was stunning and the full moon was bright and illuminating I'm hoping to see the turtles arrive tonight. The hotel staff is burying the seaweed so the guests on the beach don't have to endure the seaweed on the beach. This is quite the added touch they provide for their guests who are enjoying the lounge chairs etc they can rent. All in all, this is a lovely location and the rooms appear to be updated and renovated. The furniture is comfy and the beds are great. I am staying in the second room that has twin beds and they are just right with firmness. The pool is nice and there is a hot tub and recreational area to utilize. And of course, lots of tables all over to use if you want to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. They have barbecue grills too. We stopped at the grocery store and purchased provisions prior to arrival so we are set. They have a great kitchen in the unit with everything you need for cooking and plenty of dishes and items for cooking. If your looking for a getaway check this place out but book quickly as they were 100 percent occupied.

The customer service was the best at check-in, Marcia, and at check-out, Paula. Thanks to them, my stay was perfectly unforgettable, and I look forward to returning. The room they gave us was super spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is included and it is really worth it since the people who serve you are excellent hosts. There are a few things to keep in mind: 1- The restaurant and bar on first floor ate no longer open, so don't plan to eat or drink on site (bars and eateries are very close by). 2 - The hundred plus year old railroad system runs directly across from the hotel and the entire business district. We loved it, but it is loud and does shake the walls a couple times a day and night ;-) 3 - They use 1 ply toilet paper, you've been warned lol
