    Stain in carpet

    Usually me and my family spend parents weekend at Marriott Bonvoy. Today, me and my family drove 2 HOURS to get to this hotel all the way from Lone Tree, eventually we get to Courtyard by Marriott and walk in. The lobby is okay and looks like every other hotel for $500 a night but as soon as we get our room key we walk to our room and step in. What do we see? Crumbs, wallpaper is missing, the bathroom had chipped pieces, stains on the carpet, hairs on the bed, we DIDN'T check the bed but can you imagine what we would've found. Side note ($500 a night, we had to use and buy more points in the app, scheduled this months before CSU parents weekend. My family and I have been members and buyers of this company for years, and this? This is the lowest "hotel" I've ever seen in my years of traveling. Also, we stood in the room for 30 minutes talking to customer service and what did they do you may ask? NOTHING! They told us the most they can do is send us 20-30 miles away.... DO NOT GO HERE THEY SHOULD LABEL IT "Motel".

    Visiting my mom for the holidays and stayed at the Courtyard for several days, it was nice. Upon check in the front desk agent was friendly - lobby was warm and inviting - Our-room was clean and comfortable. However the elevators are located on the opposite end of the front desk - which was annoying especially after a long car ride - found that to be odd as the stairs are near the front desk ... Starbucks is offered but only a limited menu - the front desk agents are also baristas however, my orders weren't made to my liking. The fire pit outside was nice, but there were cigarettes butts all around the fire pit and around the patio chairs- the patio chairs were very dirty and it seemed as no one had clean that area in awhile. Too bad. Pet friendly hotel but no doggie bags/trash bins for poop.

    Hotel lobby looks good and in order. All I can say is that the hallway interior needs a major revamp and reminded me of the scene from The Shining. We stayed for 3 days. On night 2, we noticed an ant in the bed and thought little of it. By 3am during a restroom visit, the bedside table was covered with them. We were swiftly moved into a different room, thanks to Kimmi who was upbeat but very apologetic. Unfortunately the second room had a large wet spot that was possibly coming from the floor AC unit. As they say, 'The 3rd time is the charm' and finally a great round.

    Solid Marriott expereince, clean bright and effcient. I hate the thing Courtyards are doing with the TV way over to the side of the room, but that's seems to be their signature thing after re-models.

    No wallpaper in the hallway.  Also misc construction equipment still there.

    Wow surprised this hotel has such poor service and horrible rooms. The second floor wing I am staying in is under construction (renovation). So as you go to your room there is no wall paper, tools in the hallway and I found my room by looking for the penciled room numbers above the door! I was never informed by the front desk that I would be in a room under construction. I would have been less shocked if I had been told this. I could deal with this but inside the room there is partial construction going on. The new wall paper in the bathroom is being held on with red tape. In the sink area the wallpaper in unfinished. I am quite surprised they would allow guest to even be in these rooms. The maid has come twice to clean so I assume this is normal. Also went down for breakfast in the morning and the sign says "Please wait to be seated" So I stand and wait and wait for someone to come. I am in full view of the front desk but the person at the desk takes no notice or suggest that sorry for the wait someone will come soon. Really bad service. I end up seating myself. Later someone who looks like the cook, comes by to drop off the bill. I would not recommend booking here till the construction is finished. There are many hotels in the area that provide better service and experience for the same money.

    Nice property, professional, attentive, courteous staff. Glad to find in ft Collins. Very clean, comfortable room.

    The lady working at the front desk was super friendly and helpful! Great experience. Very happy about the Starbucks and bar in the lobby.

Although the hotel had a large parking lot, parking was $15/day through AirGarage. This could be paid through your phone, but the platform did not accept Apple Pay. The first day went smoothly but on the second day of paying for parking, I got a notification that my "reservation is in progress", which apparently did not mean that the payment went through. As a result, I was charged a $20 fee the next morning. We were also surprised to discover that the hotel was basically CSU Rams themed - from the lobby decor to the Rams polos worn by the staff. The interior was very nice though, with a spacious lobby and clean, modern decor. Our room was also clean with super comfortable beds. However, service was pretty lackluster. We tried to call for room service multiple times but the calls were unanswered. The front desk transferred us to the bar, which also did not take the call. Our room was also not cleaned at all during the two night stay. Overall, not terrible but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The pullout bed was broken, the sheets were dirty and extremely worn, and there were only two low-quality layers of bedding--no real comforter. The carpet was torn, the lamp didn't work, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I was even bitten by a spider during my stay. The noise level at night was also awful--music blasting from another room and loud noises from outside made it impossible to sleep. I filed a complaint, and all the hotel offered was a little over $100 in compensation, which doesn't begin to make up for the experience. They made no effort to genuinely apologize or make things right. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unsafe conditions made for an extremely stressful and unpleasant stay.

The staff at the hotel did everything to accommodate us, upgraded us to a suite and were WONDERFUL. Generally, the staff are excellent and did almost everything we asked... I even flagged down one of the cleaning staff and they cleaned our room again without complaint. Okay, this is not the highest end, luxury hotel. It is a little rough around the edges, because they easily accommodate pets. (Our kitten was very welcome.) The fact that we could responsibly keep our pet with us was a life saver. I probably could complain about some minor things, but given that the customer service was stellar, I am really happy we stumbled on this gem.

Parking is free, but ONLY in the back of the property. Water noise is terrible. On 3rd floor and could hear EVERY little water usage from above. A 545 AM shower woke me up. You hear the FULL TOILET flush. And STOP using water flow restrictors on LOW FLOW SHOWER heads! A WORTHLESS shower with this trickle! TV service was UNRELIABLE. Continuous "scrambled channel or weak signal," so no background noise while working! Wifi logs everyone out on Friday, even though a 7 day time allowance. I had my work computer use all my Hotspot allocation because the wifi went offline while at dinner. STOP purging the router leases! Blinds and currents are broken and slide to far. Elevators are SUPER SLOW! 2 elevators yet you aleays must wait. Even with Diamond for Life status, best "late checkout" was 1 HR! These small franchise properties act like Diamond for Lifetime are the enemy! Wake up! Now I pay more at another Hilton property and SUPPORT THEM!
