Staff was nice. You have to pay for coffee in lobby. Room was clean. The rooms were SO NOISY you could hear so much I couldn't sleep with a fan and white noise on. Would never stay here again. NOISY ROOMS read more

First, I'll say that all of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. A+ While the building itself is older and laid out a little weird, the rooms and lobby are recently remodeled. The outdoor area has a nice little courtyard and some cozy seating areas, a nice touch. The hotel is just far enough off the main road that it's nice and quiet. Overall, a great location. I checked in early and requested a digital key, which was not delivered. When I arrived at the hotel I was told the reason I didn't get a digital key is became they had no record of a stay history. They had my Marriott number and I'm a Gold member -- I've spent nearly 200 nights in Marriotts, so that was kind of annoying. The second thing that rubbed me the wrong way is that after our walk, my mother and I stopped by the bar before going back to the room. Despite me being nearly 50 and my mom 75, he wouldn't serve us because we didn't have ID (we'd been out walking and didn't carry wallets with us). I can't remember the last time I was carded at a hotel bar, let alone denied a drink. So, this came across and kind of petty and ridiculous. read more

Nice property, professional, attentive, courteous staff. Glad to find in ft Collins. Very clean, comfortable room.

Not your average Courtyard- big and beautiful property...just remodeled. Jerome the GM is incredibly friendly and helpful. He and Peyton the front desk guy made my stay special. Best option in this price range in Fort Collins read more

Two immature preteens got me soaked by the pool while I was talking to a family member swimming. I was not swimming just asking a simple question to my family member. They got me soaked while I was dressed in a dress shirt. I have to wear the next day. Along with this they got my food that I just recently picked up soaking wet with pool water this hotel needs to add restrictions to age limits allowed in the pool. Jot only this but pool water everywhere and no one cleaning it up. read more

Three night stay, no clean towels or room cleaning. Totally disappointed in this Marriott. I'm a 25+ years Marriott rewards member and NEVER have I experienced such bad service from the cleaning staff. Going forward I'll look elsewhere for hotels and cancel my Marriott program. I was told that staffing was an issue, well then adjust the price accordingly! The breakfast was the worse I have ever had. Frozen high fat Jimmy Deans sandwiches and sugary cereals. What happened to this Marriott ???? Management is out of touch here. read more

Stayed one evening here a couple of weeks ago - very comfortable - very reliable in terms of knowing what to expect when you check into a Courtyard. When I got to my room, I noticed the Ethernet cable was missing so I called down to the front desk - they sent one up immediately - not 2 minutes had passed since I made the call to the time someone was knocking on my door. The room was clean and did not smell like someone had been smoking in it and then the hotel had tried to mask the odor. We ate breakfast the next morning in the hotel. I had a granola cereal with Skim milk, strawberries, and a very small side of scrambled eggs and bacon. The one thing I will ding them for - no High Definition TVs in the hotel rooms. They had one down in the lobby which was nice when you are hanging out - but it's time to ditch the old clunky analog/CRT-style TVs! The staff were very friendly and reliable. I would stay here again! read more

Scott was hands down the nicest and most helpful person on our week long trip across the country. My wife and I went down to the bar to get some food, and they didn't quite have what we wanted, but Scott did everything in his power to make it perfect, and did so with a smile. He then personally brought the food to our room, and asked if we needed anything else. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED! read more

Visiting my mom for the holidays and stayed at the Courtyard for several days, it was nice. Upon check in the front desk agent was friendly - lobby was warm and inviting - Our-room was clean and comfortable. However the elevators are located on the opposite end of the front desk - which was annoying especially after a long car ride - found that to be odd as the stairs are near the front desk ... Starbucks is offered but only a limited menu - the front desk agents are also baristas however, my orders weren't made to my liking. The fire pit outside was nice, but there were cigarettes butts all around the fire pit and around the patio chairs- the patio chairs were very dirty and it seemed as no one had clean that area in awhile. Too bad. Pet friendly hotel but no doggie bags/trash bins for poop. read more

Usually me and my family spend parents weekend at Marriott Bonvoy. Today, me and my family drove 2 HOURS to get to this hotel all the way from Lone Tree, eventually we get to Courtyard by Marriott and walk in. The lobby is okay and looks like every other hotel for $500 a night but as soon as we get our room key we walk to our room and step in. What do we see? Crumbs, wallpaper is missing, the bathroom had chipped pieces, stains on the carpet, hairs on the bed, we DIDN'T check the bed but can you imagine what we would've found. Side note ($500 a night, we had to use and buy more points in the app, scheduled this months before CSU parents weekend. My family and I have been members and buyers of this company for years, and this? This is the lowest "hotel" I've ever seen in my years of traveling. Also, we stood in the room for 30 minutes talking to customer service and what did they do you may ask? NOTHING! They told us the most they can do is send us 20-30 miles away.... DO NOT GO HERE THEY SHOULD LABEL IT "Motel". read more

Just GROSS! Finally found the source of the smell of urine in our room. Called the front desk attendant (and personally checked in on my way out) to let him know that there's dried urine all around the base of the toilet. He assures me that it'll be cleaned immediately. Fast forward 9 hours. I'm exhausted and just want to sleep. I come back to an untouched room. Someone else's urine all over floor, towels on the floor, bed unmade. I go to front desk and ask for manager who has the audacity to tell me that she 'only had two housekeepers today and they couldn't get to your room". Seriously. What on earth?!?! read more

Hotel lobby looks good and in order. All I can say is that the hallway interior needs a major revamp and reminded me of the scene from The Shining. We stayed for 3 days. On night 2, we noticed an ant in the bed and thought little of it. By 3am during a restroom visit, the bedside table was covered with them. We were swiftly moved into a different room, thanks to Kimmi who was upbeat but very apologetic. Unfortunately the second room had a large wet spot that was possibly coming from the floor AC unit. As they say, 'The 3rd time is the charm' and finally a great round. read more

Solid Marriott expereince, clean bright and effcient. I hate the thing Courtyards are doing with the TV way over to the side of the room, but that's seems to be their signature thing after re-models. read more

Courtyard by Marriott Fort Collins - TV way to the right of the bed. I hate that - Hotels Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

A little dated comparing to other Courtyards, especially the rooms. Some nice features: pool ope late, nice lobby area, outdoors fire pit, convenient parking, good location with many restaurants close by and a 10ish drive to downtown. Some areas to improve: small tv in the room, no complementary breakfast read more

Where was Marriott's standards? Not one thing great can be said about this location. Over the top cost for absolutely nothing that is expected from the Marriott family! Rooms were VERY pricey, VERY out dated and VERY noisy, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, internet speeds were horrible, and PLEASE, in this day and age, WHO DOESN'T HAVE Smart T.V.s, YOU GUYS! AND LET'S NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE "BISTRO"! WHO THINKS FRIES (in a tiny ass cup) AND DIPPING SAUCE is worth $7.00 or a BOX OF CEREAL and a PINT OF MILK is worth $8.00?????? ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME? I stayed at the Delta Suites in Chicago and they didn't rape you through the door!!! Hell it was an Amazing stay compared to this place! Never again! read more

Wow surprised this hotel has such poor service and horrible rooms. The second floor wing I am staying in is under construction (renovation). So as you go to your room there is no wall paper, tools in the hallway and I found my room by looking for the penciled room numbers above the door! I was never informed by the front desk that I would be in a room under construction. I would have been less shocked if I had been told this. I could deal with this but inside the room there is partial construction going on. The new wall paper in the bathroom is being held on with red tape. In the sink area the wallpaper in unfinished. I am quite surprised they would allow guest to even be in these rooms. The maid has come twice to clean so I assume this is normal. Also went down for breakfast in the morning and the sign says "Please wait to be seated" So I stand and wait and wait for someone to come. I am in full view of the front desk but the person at the desk takes no notice or suggest that sorry for the wait someone will come soon. Really bad service. I end up seating myself. Later someone who looks like the cook, comes by to drop off the bill. I would not recommend booking here till the construction is finished. There are many hotels in the area that provide better service and experience for the same money. read more

Decent hotel. A bit overpriced considering there's no complimentary breakfast and it's certainly not luxury, but the bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The pool and whirlpool were fine, with a nice courtyard view. The outdoor and indoor fireplaces offered a cozy touch. The lobby and bar area were modern and comfortable. What could have been better? The elevators are in a WEIRD spot, all the way down the hallway on both sides of the lobby. So you have to walk down a long hallway, passing several rooms, to get to the elevator. We just opted for the stairs, which was not convenient when we carried our bags in. Also, the mold in our shower and our dimly lit bathroom were unpleasant. Better lighting, especially when taking a shower, and having no mold would be nice. All in all, not a bad place, and in a decent location. Probably wouldn't stay again. read more

I go,to many marriotts, and this one is old, tired, and over priced. Bed is squeaky, soft, and uncomfortable. Shower is leaky. Check in staff was new and not yet trained, but with the manager right there she was not corrected on a points issue. Anyways, it appears clean so I will give it two stars when it may deserve one. At $119,I should have done the Air BNB. The other Marriotts nearby where even more expensive. read more

This was an ok Marriott. A little disappointed with customer service and satisfaction. About 12 minutes from the downtown area. If your looking to save a few dollars and don't mind the drive it's a desirable location. With the covid processes in place your room does not get cleaned until after you leave. The coffee has been removed from the rooms and you have to request for towels if you need them. All of this understandable in which case management should do a trade off for the internet access. Be careful when accessing the internet, in other hotels I have had to enter my room number and name to access the free internet. Here it is supposed to automatically connect. Because it was so slow I figured it was not connecting and put in my name and room number resulting in a 4.95 charge daily. With the amenities that are being disallowed management should give as a consolation the wi/fi that is not dial up as a replacement amenity. With as little occupancy as the hotels are getting due to covid , little perks will make a difference. read more

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Marriott should be ashamed. I have 2 rooms for 6 nights, totally about $2000. First of all, one of the rooms they gave us reeked so bad we had to ask for another room. But that they would even offer a putrid smelling room to guests is unacceptable. Secondly, the ENTIRE HOTEL IS OUT OF HANDSOAP!!!! During a viral pandemic. So the number one way to prevent COVID is washing hands with soap and no one in this hotel is able to do this. I bought handsoap for my room, but I doubt everyone else did. So people are using the toilets in their rooms without handsoap, so gross. I emailed their customer care email about the concern and no response. PLUS, no housekeeping! They refuse to clean the rooms more than once every 4 days and claim it's because of COVID but no reduction in rate because we have to be our own maids. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! read more

Overall a great hotel and a great stay. It's far from Old Town ($19 cab ride) but the service and cleanliness make up for it. The service at the front desk was great. I worked front desk at a hotel for three years in college and the guy working was very impressive. He made us feel welcome and really knew his job and the area. Check-in was a breeze. The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. Our only issue was that there were a lot of kids in the pool area. We sat in the hot tub for about 15 minutes on a Saturday night around 10:00, and decided to get out after kids started doing cannon balls into it while their mother watched silently. A lot of kids were staying at this hotel, which was kind of a surprise. It would be REALLY nice if they had an hour in the evenings for adults only in the pool. Parking is free. If I'm every in Fort Collins again, I will definitely look at staying here. read more

Unaccommodating, our 19 yr old son was ahead of us getting to hotel by 5 hours, because he had nursing practical exams he had to be close by for. They wouldn't make exception for him to check into our room, he had my credit card and it was already paid for. So he sat and slept in the lobby for 5 hours because he was so tired from being up at 3am to get to his exam. And then we finally arrived, and I was hungry, they have a little bistro, so I asked if they were still open and they said we close in 10mins so we can't make you anything. I asked if they had just an easy snack and the answer was no. So technically they were open. And then the hot tub was out of order the whole time we were there. I always purposefully pick hotels based on them having a nice hot tub for my husband. So that was very disappointing. We won't return. read more

I did not experience anything like said before. Hotel has been renovated since I last came. I asked for quiet room and got back 2nd floor. Although I usually walk across street for breakfast at Egg and I , I had breakfast downstairs this morning that came out in a flash. Everyone was nice. Room had tissues and plastic cups for water and tv swiveled so can watch from anywhere, shampoo was replaced each day. Only reason gave 4 is because they leave note saying to conserve water they normally only change sheets every 3 days!!! But say will change when you want. I don't know about you but I feel when pay for hotel it's so you have fresh sheets each day. Otherwise rent a condo. read more

Rooms super small. No ice bucket or coffee pot were in the room. Everything had to be asked for at the front desk. Free breakfast was very limited, not nutritious, and not replenished. Disappointed in hotel... I know Marriott's don't allow smoking in hotels.. let me start with that.. but being that your in NOCO and it's -150 degrees outside.. you could at least provide a temperature controlled area for people who are smokers.. Well we were fresh off avoiding a frightful experience having booked the Rodeway Inn for a last minute trip to Fort Collins. Scary Scary Scary, we tucked tail and ran out of there and had no room, but I digress. Took a shot at Priceline who offered an un named last minute 3 Star Hotel with high rating and pet friendly for (ahem) only $64. With nothing to lose I whipped out the Amex and crossed my fingers they didn't give me back a place in that same area as Rodeway , near I25 and full of transients. Closed my eyes and WOO HOO, it was the Courtyard by Marriott. A 10 min drive and a world away from the other location and we were thrilled at the professional ambiance with big parking area and grassy area for the dog next to Carrabbas restaurant and other businesses. Check in was pleasant and accommodating and a room was found near an exit with King bed and comfy space. Extra towels and pillows were brought right away at our request and the 2 ladies at the front desk and the young man at the bistro were super friendly and helpful, even ran a luggage cart back near our exit door for us. Security excellent, card in 24/7 back entrance, room and bathroom clean and no room odors, bed well made, firm and comfy. Excellent fast free guest wifi, 30 up and 40 down. Only suggestion I have is to relocate the TV as it requires neck cranking uncomfy position to watch. Could be mounted on the wall to watch it straight out from the bed. Congrats on an excellent example of guest hospitality. read more

Pet friendly, they even gave my dog a biscuit. The people were friendly too! The room they gave us had a king sized bed for my boyfriend and I and outside access so that we'd be able to let Leo out to use the bathroom on the grass outside. All for 130$ + pet fee. They serve Starbucks inside the hotel and they have food inside. But they're so close to everything. The only downside is that there's a handicap section of rooms we were staying in that is past the conference rooms and laundry rooms, that might be hard to navigate through for people who don't have anyone to push their wheelchair. Usually handicap rooms are on the first floor near the door for a reason. read more

When i got here i thought i was on one of those hotel shows that u shine a blacklight in the room and see.. well secretions everywhere.
