Fairfield Inn is just off Rt. 25. There is a large mall area down Harmony Rosd for shopping & dinning. The Fairfield Inn parking lot is small, but the hotel is attached to a strip mall which provides plenty of parking. On the South & West side of the hotel are open fields. On the South side is a short walking trail, which is great for stretching out your legs or taking your dog for a walk. The room that I stayed in was spacious, lots of room to walk around in. The walk-in shower had a problem with a loose door handle falling off the shower door. The hotel maintenance responded quickly & it was fixed within an hour. I didn't realize how much I enjoyed my stay at this Fairfield Inn, until the next week when I was at a different hotel. We had a positive stay. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful if needed. The room itself is spacious and worked well for us. The floor had a bit of a creak and the shower a constant drip (not able to be heard from the room) but otherwise no issues. I'd return for sure. read more

Front desk check in was easy and pleasant. The person co firming my room did not say my room number out loud for everyone to hear and I really appreciate that. (Thank you Elizabeth) Rooms are small but they are pretty new and very clean. It's close to a lot of easy to walk to food places like Tokyo Joe, Crisp & Green, Rush Bowls, Brewhouse, Dirty Dough, PotBelly etc. The bed was quite firm-woke up sore in some areas. The blackout shades do not do a good job. Ours had small holes in it which didn't help. You can log into your Netflix account here so we appreciated that. My biggest complaint is that there wasn't a plug close to the bedside on both sides to charge your phone so I couldn't lay in bed and work on my phone if it needed to charge. It has free breakfast but we didn't check it out. It smelled good. I feel like we would come back but I would bring an extra blanket and I had an allergic reaction to the real feather pillows so that was kind of scary. read more

We come to Fort Collins often because our daughter goes to school here. We've stayed at a few places in town but stayed here for one night because it suited our needs for this particular night. First off, our two queen room was huge! Upon further inspection, it seems that is because there is minimal furniture in the room. Like no dresser. Still the room was spacious, bright and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but we found breakfast to be lacking. I have stayed at other Fairfield Inns and the standard hot breakfast is pretty much just eggs and sausage. One thing I really have to compliment them on is the free bottled water at the front desk at night. Unfortunately I had already purchased bottled water at the store prior to arriving but I think this was a great touch. read more

If y'all are interested in hearing a story today... This property just heavily discriminated towards me for having a disability. I am not obviously disabled. I am bipolar, autistic, adhd, and have PTSD. It is my right to not have to prove to you that I am autistic and my dog is a service animal. He barked while I was away for 30 mins. Service dogs can have separation anxiety. Service dogs can bark. You don't know what he's trained for. I am sorry I forgot to give him his medicine and he barked and I'm sorry my autism came off as rude. I didn't receive a verbal warning before being asked to leave the hotel. I get it, he barked, but the way I was treated by Sherry at this property is unacceptable. Save your time and just go to the courtyard down the road. They're kind and the property is better anyways. read more

The hotel is per Marriott's normal standards. They are clean and have great staff. I will say, we arrived and wiped everything down in order to disinfect. When we finished, the wipe was clean. There was no dirt on the wipe! Talk about EPIC housekeeping! The location is safe & not sketchy. Staff: They are great at answering questions. They refilled the towels ASAP when we let them know they were out. Pool: Clean! Well kept and spacious for an indoor pool (I've seen smaller) Room: Coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave in the room. Parking: Free parking! This is always a big one for me, who wants to stay in a hotel and pay for parking? There is plenty of parking & it's well lit. Laundry Room: The best part of our trip is being able to wash our clothes. We are usually worried that the machines are cheap, but the washer/dryers are well kept. It's $2.50 per wash & dry (each). You can pay with quarters or via app. If you forgot your soap you can purchase some at the front lobby. If not, there is a Target .60 miles away. Food: I give their breakfast a 2 star review. It's terrible. There's only oatmeal, coffee, pastry (lemon, banana nut, choc), croissants, milk, cereal, yoplait yogurt (barf), bananas, nasty watered down eggs and sausage that taste disgusting, and cereal. Believe me when I tell you that the cereal and coffee was the best part. This breakfast was NOT per Marriott standards. Ohhh! And they don't have ketchup. My son refused to eat the eggs because they were so bland and no ketchup. We purchased breakfast elsewhere. I will say that there is a small selection of restaurants across the lot. There's Mexican food, a sandwich spot, and a brewery with a good menu. Lastly, our family typically carries water jugs when we travel. They have a water dispenser in their gym where you can refill them. read more

Fantastic hotel and great location. We stayed here for a week while helping my son move in to his dorm. We were pleasantly surprised that they served a complimentary breakfast every morning in the lobby. They had a different grab and go option every morning from a cheese omelette with sausage or bagels with cream cheese. They also offered juice, tea and coffee. The hotel was very clean which is a big deal during the Covid pandemic. We did not take advantage of the fitness center or indoor pool this time but hope to stay there again one day. There is also a small strip mall nearby offering many dining options. The adjacent property is under construction but they did not start working at an unreasonable time so it was not unpleasant. read more

Plumbing problems are never fun, so when they forced a stay-cation, I was pleased to find Fairfield Inn & Suites. Now, I'll confess to having spent the first night at a competitors' but construction problems, poor insulation, and a shoddy experience left me wanting, so I tried searched for other alternatives and found Fairfield. I was not disappointed. While I don't normally sleep well in hotels, I slept well in Fairfield's spacious king suite. The mattress was comfortable and the pillows amazing. Showering in their oversized shower was delightful. I LOVED that the bathroom was stocked with refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Helps those of us who aren't as conscious of our carbon footprint do a better job. The furniture in the room was well-maintained and comfortable, not rundown like the other hotel. Fairfield even had onsite laundry. Staff was warm and friendly, and graciously extended a late check out when we were unsure if we had to renew for another evening. My only regret is that I didn't stay there sooner. This is a hotel that should definitely be recommended to family and friends. read more

I have not been inside a hotel since before Covid, and have been avoiding them. I had to stay in one due to our move and glad we chose the Fairfield. This hotel is very clean, the shower felt great, and I had a great nights sleep. The only thing I hate is that they aren't cleaning daily if you are staying for longer than a day. But I understand it's due to Covid. The doors are loud when you shut them, wish all hotels would fix that but please keep that in mind in you are leaving your room early in the morning or coming back late at night. The televisions in these rooms are a nice size, and the front desk lady was very helpful. read more

This place is new, clean, stylish, affordable. Kind of made me re-evaluate my assumptions about corporate-style hotels, even. I extended my stay here twice. I think this place is an incredible value and I will definitely return. It's a little on the outskirts of town, which I actually think is a great feature - free parking. " This is my reply to the manager of this property about our recent stay when I complained on the Marriott review site about the chaos during our stay when the hotel was overrun by irresponsible kids, teenagers and parents involved in a basketball tournament. They were allowed to take over this hotel until 1 am every night with parties in the rooms and hallways and Staff allowing it to go on despite numerous complaints. The manger replied she was sorry we were upset by a "wedding party". ME: NO, I did not say it was a wedding party in my review. It was the kids, teenagers and some irresponsible parents who YOUR Staff allowed to take over the hotel during the hours of 9:00 pm to 1:00 am Both Friday and Saturday. I contacted Brook several times and another lady on the desk after Brook went home. Obviously, you weren't even reading what I wrote about the Basketball tournament and are only replying because it is Marriott policy to respond. After reading your letter I will be contacting Marriott Customer Service directly and advising them of your reply and complete lack of focus on what the problem was, and it wasn't a " wedding party ". After your letter I will now be posting on Yelp, Trivago, Booking.com and Trip Advisor not only about the Hotel Staff that did not care, but about the manager who completely bungled the apology. My wife and I are good guests, I tipped the wait staff at Breakfast, including you on Friday morning. I tip the maids. We visit 5 or 6 times a year to see Children, Grandkids and Great Grandkids and prefer to stay at hotels so we don't disrupt their family's lives. I talked my wife into staying at your hotel and you failed to maintain control of the property and you personally failed when you replied without having a clue as to what I wrote. I stayed here for only one night over the weekend but the rate for how beautiful and clean this hotel is was great! We checked in and there wasn't anything negative I can say! The bathroom was spotless, the shower water was hot for my whole shower and had good pressure. The bedding and bed itself was very comfortable and cozy. It was also very quiet and in good proximity some places to eat near by. I even used the lobby bathroom when I first checked in and even that was exceptionally clean too. If I'm ever in this area another time I will definitely stay here again! read more

Great hotel!! Clean and modern. People are extremely friendly. Came in late at night on Thursday night. We were tired and cold and weary. The lovely lady at the front desk warmed me up with her smiley personality right away. Room is 2 queens and it's just fine. Favorite thing about this room is the shower. There is a nice amount of space with good shelves for holding shampoo, etc. There is a beautiful big rain style shower head. The water gets really hot really fast, just how I like it. But the best part of the shower is the little silver panel where the water drains makes a little tinkling noise that just makes me feel Zen-like. I love that they have dispensers in the shower with the tea tree shampoo and conditioner along with the lemony zesty body soap. I also like the make-up remover toilettes that are included with the shampoo, etc freebies. Coffee maker is a Keurig. Nice little microwave and fridge. Heater works very well! Mattress isn't too hard and pillows aren't too soft. Another perfect feature in the room is the tv. The main reason I love this is because it's a Very Smart tv. You can log into your NetFlix, Pandora, YouTube accounts from the tv. Love that. Breakfast buffet is great! We have been to a lot of different breakfasts in our travels. This one is pretty complete including: eggs, meat (sausage, bacon), waffles, fruit, yogurt station and oatmeal station, plus cereals and breads that include bagels, english muffins and sweat breads. There is also a juice machine and a bunch of coffee, tea, cocoa to be enjoyed. Time for breakfast is 6:30-9 weekdays or 7-9:00 weekends. That's rough but only because we wish we could sleep in. The dining room is nice and large--so many other places are too small to find seating. The lobby is really nice. I had a little downtime and went to lounge in the lobby. Was able to plug in, search out a bunch of things to do on our trip. There is a huge tv, nice couch and two nice tables to hang around. And I have to mention Kim, who was working yesterday when I was lounging there. She was more than friendly and informative. She helped me map out the places to go around town, actually giving me a map and a lot of information like history about everywhere of interest. She told me about Old Town, Horsetooth Reservoir and The Colorado Room. We hit all of these and agree with her recommendations. The hotel is very close to the freeway and not far from CSU campus. Top-notch customer service! I travel to Ft Collins on a regular basis for work and was referred here by a coworker. You cannot beat the service, especially from Courtney, the manager. On my most recent trip, my plans were delayed (twice) due to an illness in the family. She was not only understanding, but on the second time, she even remembered me calling and asked how everyone was feeling.
