There were NO CURTAINS in our east facing room. At 6:00 am we were awakened by the blasting sun. Yawn

Since we got here it has been one disappointment after another. We were told the pool, hot tub & fitness room were "closed for a few days" when we checked in, we've been here 15 days now and they are no where near ready. When we asked about them today we were told that the pool heater hasn't worked in over 3 years either. On our 8th day here I went to request to have our room cleaned and linens changed, I was told he would maybe try to get me on in the next few days.. it was day 10 before we got it done. During the cold the building's heating is unable to keep up. We wake up to our room at 65° and the hallways are around 50° most of the days. It also takes several minutes for the hot water in the shower to come on. The rooms are decent, this one has several poorly cleaned carpet stains and even when they "clean the room" the floors have never been done. The provided kitchen utensils and pots are very sporadic, bare and mixed and only one burner works. Our company specifically requested we be put on an upper level in a quiet area and we ended up at the back entrance of the bottom level with kids constantly running up and down the stairs and threw the halls yelling. We will absolutely find different accommodations the next time we stay in the area. read more

They said they could not send the receipt from the stay to my email because I prepaid???? Been staying at hilton and hampton inns for years and Ialways prepay. None of the other Hampton inns refused to send me a receipt. Asked to speak to the manager and Sky stated there is no manager there. Called hilton Honors and the sent me a receipt and said the Hampton inn should have sent a receipt to me. Filed a complaint with Hilton about the inn. Will not stay there again. read more

Really great hotel with the comfiest beds ever. Relatively quiet location (no freeway noise), restaurant options were close by. Breakfast was good - hot options were available. Room was very clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. No problems. Would stay again. read more

First, what I didn't like. We went here as a family for a short family get-away. Unfortunately, we could only received about seven of the channels listed on the channel guide in our room. When I asked at the front desk I was told it was a problem with the service provider. Staying here for three nights, and not being able to get something to watch on TV as a family was a disappointment for us. We do not watch TV at home, so it's a treat when we're on vacation, as it's something we do together. The ice-maker on the second floor didn't work. You can see the photo of the sign that was hung on the ice-maker. The tub made a very strange sound (Room 216). When you stand in it, it sounds as if the bottom is cracking. It makes a loud noise as you stand in the tub, almost as if the sub-floor is about to give way. I don't know what the noise was, but management should have it checked out, as it was annoying. Now, onto what I did like. The hotel was clean. I liked that very much. The room was quiet. I liked that also. We enjoyed the warm breakfasts and the fresh fruit, and the friendly breakfast server. The pool was clean and warm. I also liked the jokes (see photo) that the staff placed in the breakfast area to give a smile to your face in the morning. The day we had our room cleaned, we returned to an immaculate room with all the beds made and fresh towels. We also liked the to-go bags that they offer to those who are traveling in the morning and need a snack for on-the-go. Little things like this go a long way. I wasn't too impressed with the front desk staff. They simply didn't seem to genuinely care about the issues I brought up and offered no remedy or solution to try to improve matters. What's happened to customer service? Best of all, is that after our stay, I let the hotel know about my concerns. The manager, Hannah, apologized, said they would look into getting them fixed, and refunded one night's stay. I greatly appreciated her efforts at customer satisfaction. That's rare these days. This hotel is located in a convenient location near many businesses, across the road from Safeway, close to a Domino's, a Texas Roadhouse, and Red Robin. It's also close to downtown Fort Collins, to Loveland, and a short drive to Horsetooth Mountain, or even the Rocky Mountains. If they see to the maintenance issues, I could recommend the place. read more

We stayed here for two nights about three weeks ago. It was an okay experience but the pre-charge (of which the put two, totaling $100; they never could tell us why we had two) they put on our card took two weeks to go away. And the room wasn't as clean as I expected for the price - Super 8s we've stayed at were cleaner. The most disgusting thing to me was the coffee maker was in the bathroom and our coffee packets and other things had been splattered by someone else's toothpaste and the inside of the coffee maker had some weird, white film in it. Other than that, it was a good experience. The room was large and comfortable enough. And the staff were all very friendly and polite. I don't know if we'd stay there again unless Super 8 was full, though. read more

Covid no problem ... the rooms were clean. They provides a hot breakfast. I filled out a menu that night and picked it up in the morning. The beds where comfortable. They have some construction but all good. Making it nice ! And most of all the customer service was excellent. The most important thing is to feel welcome. And they do this. read more

A terrible experience. After staying with Hilton for decades, they refused to move us to another room unless we paid for both rooms? Darren "the manager" was rude, argumentative and not helpful. i will do my best to get out of the rest of the reservation once a real manager is available in the morning. very disappointing. I stay at hiltons all the time, this one is off the list. plenty of other choices, avoid this one. read more

If I could give more than five stars, I would. My mom and I are staying here currently because we're in town for my dads terrible cancer situation, and we've had to extend our stay due to him being hospitalized. This morning I only mentioned why we needed to extend our stay and tonight, after another long day at the hospital, I just walked into our room to flowers and a card full of hand written good thoughts, well wishes, and prayers for us by many staff members. I can't explain how nice that was to come "home" to after another emotional and exhausting day. This place is truly one of a kind because of the wonderful caring staff and it's our very first time being here. Thank you to the amazing staff here for helping to give us a better day during our worst situation. read more

I booked this hotel for three nights from Booking.com when visiting for my nephew's wedding. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave and extra charging outlets. The continental breakfast had all the usual, plus yogurt, hardboiled eggs, hot egg choices, waffle maker, fresh fruit. The location is excellent, near walkable restaurants and shopping. The staff was most outstanding. Every request was met quickly with a helpful answer, and in some cases followup. It is rare that you find so many people who care about accommodating the customer. read more

GREAT beds & pillows. Standard sized room w/ all the basics (Flat screen, Microwave, Hair Dryer, Refrigerator). Excellent large Continental Breakfast including daily change in the "hot food" selection. Lobby had a free gift wrapping station for the Christmas holiday that was very thoughtful. Very friendly staff & housekeeper greeted us with daily notes welcoming us & thanking us for choosing their hotel. The staff also slid a Christmas card under our door on Christmas morning. The only draw back I had was that the Hot Tub was luke warm/cold to say the least. But we found out that the pilot light had gone out & it was quickly fixed. read more

The staff was nice. The beds were comfortable. The coffee and fruit water in the lobby is magically delicious. They even have a small store where you can purchase snacks, tv dinners etc. Our room also had a fridge and a microwave. I would recommend this hotel. read more

This hotel was below average of what we have come to expect from Hampton inns. The room was good and clean so no problems there. The front desk staff seemed young and inexperienced. Just an aloof and unprofessional manner. Our tv service was not working and had trouble contacting anyone for about 15 mins. Once she got in to fix it, she badmouthed the cable company and was complaining about their 2 year contract with them. To her credit though she got in there and fixed the problem. Breakfast and housekeeping was very nice. Just docked a couple stars for the front desk. read more

We recently stayed at this location and were so very impressed with the excellent customer service we received! Although this is one of the older properties the room was clean, the linens were immaculate and all of my needs were met. The Manager checked us in late at night, and was there to greet us upon checkout early the next morning! He was so very friendly and welcoming that we felt right at home here. The Continental Breakfast included many selection that are not normally served in this situation and the lady who was in charge of the breakfast bar worked very hard to be sure everything we needed was there! I would highly recommend this location primarily because of its excellent staff !!! read more

The staff at this Hampton Inn are beyond exceptional. We always stay at Hamptons and never had a bad experience. We live in Fort Collins, and we have a special needs girl and she loves to take 'staycations' (an in-town vacation). We were here in Oct 2012 and there was an issue with the hot tub not working correctly. The manager not only apologized several times but invited her back without cost. They were starting a remodeling phase a few weeks later. As it turned out, the remodeling phase was going to be over the beginning of March 2013. Her birthday is today (March 29th). The manager, Jason, wanted to do something a little special for her. (Who does this anymore??) As it turned out, he was unexpectedly called away and was not there. We were there about an hour and the assistant manager, Frances, knocked on our door and said she was so sorry, was there anything she could do. I said she didn't have to but she insisted. I told her maybe a 'happy birthday' balloon . Within an hour, she was back with a lovely balloon setup. Needless to say, in a world were it is not very often that special needs people are acknowledged, this is a tribute to this management. I do not want to leave out the rest of the staff, they have all been very accommodating as well. Kudos to the all and a heartfelt thank you. read more

I'm a big fan of Hilton and of Hampton Inn. But the manager at this location was rude and a big disappointment. In my opinion, Fort Collins should have stood by the rate they quoted me in my reservation confirmation email. They overcharged me and didn't think I would notice. Very sneaky. When I booked the room I called the hotel directly and explained I was traveling with my pet and would need a room for 2 adults plus our dog. I received an email confirmation of the reservation which clearly stated that we were 2 adults and one pet, and that the rate was $140. However, when I checked my credit card there were two charges, one for the room and a totally separate charge for an additional $50 plus $5 for tax. When I called the manager he was rude and kept saying that I should have known there would be an additional fee because it says so on their website. Well I didn't book on the website, I called them directly and I got the quote in my email from them directly. As a comparison, on this same trip we stayed at Hampton Inn in Laramie, WY for $149, and we stayed at Hampton Inn in Boise, ID for $109, both nights we had our pet. read more
