I really liked how cold my room was when I got in as I arrived during a hot summer evening, and that made the room instantly comfortable. Cons: weird layout in bathroom, no place to hang a hand towel and hand soap was way far off in the corner away from the sink itself. The worst part: The AC sounded like a small airplane taking off whenever it ramped up and it did that, all throughout the night. The cold was appreciated but the sound was bordering on unbearable. Neutral: didn't go in the pool but walked by and saw the two water slides, they looked fun. Breakfast had a few options, not the best/most options I have encountered but also not the least/worst, pretty standard continental breakfast. I felt there were too few tables to eat at for a building of that size. Overall it's a fine place to sleep, especially for families passing through Longmont.

The bathroom was shining clean The view was of Rocky mountains. Beautiful. I could hear fireworks from a distance, but that was OK so I slept well. Breakfast was Everything you could imagine--from cheese omelette to sausages, oatmeal, delicious toast, good coffee, orange juice, etc. I cannot thank my husband enough for setting me up in this hotel

The desk stuff was mixed. Most were very nice, until we asked to not have our room cleaned. There was no do not disturb sign in our room, so we had no way of communicating other than asking the front desk. He gave us major attitude, because we didn't have time to take the do not disturb sign up to our room and asked him to pass the message along to the cleaning staff. That is something that we can live with, but there were things that were listed as amenities that were not included in our room. There was only one plate, no bowls, and no pots and pans. We stay at extended stay locations so that we can cook in house if we want to. Also, there was no HBO which we were expecting to access. Otherwise, we would've brought our iPad to watch our favorite show. Also, our sheets were threadbare. Would I come back again? Yes. Mostly for the omelette lady! (P.S. The "homeless shelter" that somebody else alluded to is actually a tiny home community that helps transgender houseless people get on their feet and back into the workforce. This brought me great joy while I was there and made me fall in love with Denver.. )

The chair at the desk was horrific and hard to work from. Having to pay for coffee at a hotel is a new and unwelcome change. The bistro made a really standout breakfast at a very fair price, which was a pleasant surprise. While I miss free hotel breakfast in terms of price I don't miss it on quality. I didn't feel that my room was "expensive" as far as the current going rates for hotels are concerned. They desperately need to get better chairs for those of us who need to work in our hotel rooms. The check in process was easy and Maile was the person helping me. She was very polite and made sure that I have the best experience. My room was on the fifth floor and it was a nice room for one person or two. I checked out the fitness center on the 2nd floor and also their little outdoor patio area also on the same floor. There also a rooftop bar area on the 6th floor but I didn't have the opportunity to check it out. The bar area is great, there even an area where you can just hang out and watch TV or do some work. I grabbed breakfast and dinner at the bar during my stay, Jackie was the bartender and she was amazing. The breakfast burrito isn't that good or the flatbread Pepperoni pizza. The chicken sandwich with fries was my favorite dish here. I also had to print out a document and the staff here was great on helping me when it didn't print properly at their printer area. I had some issues during my stay. My room didn't have a TV remote when I first entered so I had to call the front desk to get one. The first one they give me didn't work so I had to call again. The second one they give me worker and while I had the worker there, I asked him to look at the heater since it was making noise. He ended up unplugging it because it's a known issue but they haven't fixed it yet. Keep in mind the weather was cold and snowing but I mostly like the cold weather. The water pressure in the shower isn't strong so be aware because I didn't enjoy that. It also makes noise from the dripping water since the metal drain is there so it was a little annoying. The noise from other rooms closing the door or just moving around will bother you as well. The TV had enough channels for me and all the channels I watch.

They told us when we checked out that an old man had been essentially living in that room for a long time and they can't get the smell out of it. The bathroom bulbs were essentially dead, that the whole bathroom was basically dark if you had to use it. When I first used the sink the water that come out was a yellowish-brown color & the tub knob is clearly broken. Obvious water damage, peeling paint, missing trim, the air conditioner was nasty. The top vent part was gone and they replaced it with chicken wire and there was even a copper wire just sticking out of the top. That's not safe. Fly poop was many places, including the ripped lampshades, walls, and inside the nightstand drawers. lots of rust was on the wall sconces, one of them was even bent. Sheets had stains and holes in them and just looked bad. We put our used towels in a pile on the ground, and they just took them and hung them back up in our room. I could tell because the towels were still damp when we got back that evening. They didn't even bother, taking out our trash in the trash bin. I ended up just taking it out myself. They advertise that they have a gym, but there's no gym equipment at all, the entire room is filled with mattresses and other stuff. That's false advertising. The only good thing is that they did replace the light bulb in the bathroom, and gave us an extra comfort. Thankfully, our days were full, and we didn't have to spend a lot of time at the hotel because it was without a doubt one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life.
