I was lucky enough to obtain a reservation in one of their fireplace suites and I am so happy that I did. The pictures on their website really does not do any justice, the rooms are so much nicer in person. Once we arrived, check-in was easy and quick. If you need a cart they have staff to assist you with your luggage to your room. Every staff person that we encountered was very nice and helpful. Please know that you can not take outside alcohol to your room(you will miss it on their website when booking) and considering I never received a confirmation email for my reservation. You can take a small personal cooler with only water, juice or sodas(trust me security will check it)! Once we got to our room it was so nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom came with a full bath with shower and jaquzzi tub and a half bath. We also went to two of their restaurants the 24/7 Cafe for breakfast and it was really good. We went to the Nibi for dinner and I have reveiwed that in a separate review. We will most definetly be going back to stay again.

The first room I was given had hairs everywhere on the sheets, dirt smudges on the covers, and disgusting skin flakes everywhere. The second room I was moved to had hairs everywhere and little spiders in the sheets (see attached picture for one of the spiders I saw). I went down to the front desk and asked if house cleaning could change the sheets, or if I could be moved to another clean room. The front desk lady told me they had no house cleaning on staff at that time, and that she did not want to go up to the rooms and make sure the next one I got was clean. She then recommended I go somewhere else to spend the night. Management has refused to provide a refund, even though I did not spend the night and was essentially told to go somewhere else by their own staff. I will be disputing the charge but wanted to warn people of the service they may receive while they are here. I had an absolutely awful experience, am still trying to get my money back, and will never visit this location again.

I thought it was cool the front desk worker knew when the partial lunar eclipse would be happening as I had my timing mixed up. Room was clean. Carts for luggage were easy to access. They were running a special where you picked a lollipop from a tree and if it had a color on the end of a stick, you could win fabulous prizes.
