We were visiting the area and needed a place central to the towns we were visiting; this was smack dab in the middle of those two towns. The rates were good for the weekend we were staying and it's really close to downtown Concord. Parking was spacious and check in was easy. Our room was on the second floor and had two full sized beds. It was a standard room with a mini fridge, coffee machine, and TV. We had a balcony which was a pleasant surprise. The room seemed clean; the bathroom sink was outside of the hallway which was a little outdated. The room was quiet, I didn't hear any traffic or neighbors. On the first floor, there was a lounge area, a cafe that served Starbucks, and a mini convenient store. The woman who helped us was nice but she didn't make my espresso martini correct; it tasted like pure coffee liqueur, it's not worth the $13 something. The pool was indoors with a Jacuzzi. The gym was a good size. Overall, we had a good stay and experienced quality for the value. I would stay there again.

My injury - Total Hole in my kneecap; infected & inflamed.

I was injured in their Bistro Cafe - not 1 employee gave a crap even when they saw blood running down leg. Had to switch rooms after insisting maintenance come as I had no a/c due to 2 air vent leaks, a tub drain issue, and TV channels only worked part-time. Had to leave hotel @ 3:30am & checkout due to flight & was told I had to turn in my Room Keys - I waited 15 min (screamed, rang doorbell, nothing) and my Hold deposit still has NOT been returned nor have I received a receipt for the stay (we pre-payed, but still owed by law). And still have not received copy of incident report written with pencil by Manager Maggie (unprofessional & even tried to cover name of Front Desk Clerk who was rude & cared more about her printer than the customers). And housekeeping believes they shouldn't have to make our beds each day - told personally. Excuse me but I've had infectious diseases & to avoid return u do not reuse towels or share & bed linens from unknown places (like hotels) u get changed each day! This place is UNPROFESSIONAL, SNOTTY & full of lazy employees. The ONLY reason I assume this hotel stays open is because of Stacie - a phenomenal Front Desk Clerk who loves her job & customers! She deserves to be the Manager here! I'll definitely NEVER come back again nor recommend to clients or friends.

Perhaps a little nicer than you'd expect from a 3-star hotel in a small New England town, with very sweet and helpful employees. Our room was spotless and well put together. It's not luxury -- not by a long shot -- but it's a perfectly servicable place to stay. We heard from other people who have stayed at the other hotels in the area that the Courtyard is the best of the bunch, and we weren't disappointed.

Glad to be Elite so I can enjoy this view from the room.

Parking: The lot is uncovered and does share the space with the restaurant next door. We were able to find a spot pretty easily on our visit, but it's I can imagine if we were to have come during peak season parking might have been problem Lobby: There are ample places to lounge or sit and enjoy the big screen tvs all around. There were also many areas to plug in your devices that have 3 prong plugs and there was a coffee/tea bar to warm yourself up. Breakfast: Complimentary hot food from 6am-10am for hotel guests. On my visit they had "made to order" pumpkin pancakes (you wave your hand on the machine and it'll make it right then and there), a yogurt machine, oatmeal, some egg dish (either omlette or scrambled, as well as hard boiled), some protein (sausage patty or links), bagels (with a toaster oven) and some accruements. Gym: Although I did not utilize the gym facilities my friend did and he said that they had one cycle, three treadmills, a set of weights (smallest at 5lbs) , kettle bells, and a wall mirror on one side of the room. Room: I loved the big screen tv. They had a smart tv subscription services available; however you'd need to put in your own account info to access the services. They had Disney+, Netflix, and Hulu at minimum. The bed was a little soft for my personal preference, but I did enjoy the soft pillows and the king bed. The shower had a nice hot water pressure and they supplied a large shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion that's attached to the wall. Wifi: It's good for the most part, but sometimes it would cut in and out on my cell phone. It was consistent on my laptop though. Summary: I paid around $125 a night (for a king bed) through booking.com and considering the amenities, parking, room it was definitely worth what I paid. I'd stay here again!

We had dinner at T-Bones and it was awesome to just relax in our room and then head downstairs and across the parking lot when we received a text that our table was ready. The soap/bathing products in the bathroom are this addictive lemon scent that I'm looking to purchase online through Amazon or Ebay. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was fantastic and that pancake maker machine whoozy-whats-it was so cool! Don't miss it.

Continuing to Cayla the day front desk, who is somewhat better and works hard but does not have experience knowledge or support from her seniors. Carrie/Kerry and her GM Michelle are simply lacking the professionalism and respect to even begin to understand the very nature of 4* customer svc let alone the very basics of customer satisfaction. They are borderline discriminatory and at the outset rude, interrupt customers for the most basic requests, repeatedly making excuses, and simply cannot support the level of svc this property should have. We stayed three times to be sure it was consistently bad, under two different booking names. The allure of the high quality restaurant/bar and covered barking let us coming back. But it won't again. We have had enough of the AI robot voice calling us "sugar" and "honey" and offering us walking directions to a "good cup of hot chocolate" instead of just telling us the breakfast hours - which by the way is cooked by a robotic (I'm not joking, com's see for yourself) automated egg cooking machine - which does a decent job! - when it works and doesn't include broken shells. The express machine is good. The evening repackaged Market Basket linzer and black/white cookies are avg. But when you ask three times and make four phone calls just to get a simple work surface desk so you can do emails at night and keep up with work obligations - only to be told that "govt rate rooms only get certain rooms" after being promised a desk - enough is enough. We paid $600, and spent another $500 in the restaurant one week, but apparently they had more important customers. And we were dumb enough to come back the next week thinking it must have been a a busy week. But nope, they just don't care, doesn't matter - they were 40% booked according to the front desk lady - and you get what you get, no desk or king bed available - even though the website showed they were. Sorry folks - this property must have a secret code word - I hope AAA knows they wasted a rating here. Much better properties in NH that better represent our NH hospitality industry. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

Our room was on the dirty side and I had to wipe everything down myself. The reason why this place gets two stars is for Steve, the only person who helped me and the bed is mildly comfortable. The pots in the room were also unusable. We stay at Residence inn's for the convenience of cooking our own food and we were not able to do this here. We will not be back here. We will find a different Marriott. This place is awful. Here is what you can do to make this place better. Get a new grill outside or service the one you have. Place a sign outside that grill utensils are available and train staff to know this is the case so people like Greta know instead of being dismissive. Inspect the rooms making sure certain items like dish soap, washer soap and a sponge are available, also make sure the pots are usable.

We specifically booked a pet-friendly room through Expedia so we could bring our two well-behaved dogs. Upon arrival, my fiancée--who made the reservation--was nearly denied check-in because her name didn't match the credit card, even though the reservation was in her name. Only after an unnecessary and rude interaction did a manager finally allow us to check in. Later that evening, we returned to find that our dogs had been removed from our locked hotel room without notice or consent. The front desk agent was rude, dismissive, and claimed not to know where our dogs were. We were never called, even though our contact info was on file. A fellow guest eventually told us that a hotel staff member had let our dogs out, and they had been wandering outside. One of them had run off down the street--near a major highway--before we were able to find her. We immediately packed up and left. We were there less than 6 hours and were charged over $500 for a two-night stay. It took weeks of being bounced between Expedia, Choice Hotels, and Comfort Inn staff to get any kind of resolution. In the end, they refunded only one night ($246.72), despite putting our pets in danger and making it impossible to continue our stay. Comfort Inn's handling of the situation was disgraceful. The staff showed zero concern, accountability, or basic customer service. Expedia and Choice Hotels were just as frustrating--shifting responsibility and making it nearly impossible to get help. If you travel with pets or expect even basic professionalism, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel--and this hotel chain--entirely.

At best, this is a two to three star experience, yet the rates were comparable to what I typically pay for four and five star hotels, which felt very misaligned with the quality of the stay. Overall, the property felt more like a basic roadside motel than a hotel charging premium prices. That said, the staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful, and they were the best part of the experience. If I could go back, I would stay closer to the airport or in nearby areas where there appear to be newer, higher quality hotel options at more reasonable prices. I learned my lesson. The people were lovely, but for the price point, I would not choose to stay here again.
