The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and very family-focused. The summer camp is exceptional. Our kids have been going for years, and there is truly no other local camp that compares. The camp includes daily swimming and tennis lessons, provides food, and--most importantly--really teaches kids how to swim properly and play tennis. Even if tennis isn't a child's sport of choice, it's such an important life sport, and the instruction here is outstanding. The swimming program overall is fantastic and genuinely builds strong swimmers, not just confident splashers. The tennis program is equally excellent for both kids and adults. Adults can jump into matches, enjoy friendly competition, and feel part of an active, social tennis community. What really makes EFC special are the shared moments. Friday summer nights are the best--kids playing in the field with friends while adults relax on the patio. In the winter, family skate nights are such a highlight: kids skating, great dinner service, and adults hanging out with friends. It's a super fun place to spend time, build friendships, and make lasting family memories. We're so grateful to be part of this community.

She had a great summer at camp, learned to play tennis and was so excited to be on the swim team competing against other clubs. In the winter, the club has an outdoor ice rink and our daughter learned to skate and joined the figure skating team eventually competing in Lake Placid and NYC. While our daughter was having a great time at the club, we also got to participate in all of the sports activities offered including tennis, paddle, pickleball, squash and working out in the gym. And after just one visit here I'm upset I never tried this sooner. The staff here is really friendly and helpful and will be glad to answer any questions. I was also skeptical of these simulators, I didn't expect it would be very fun or engaging, but it is. I just did the driving range simulator, where you hit off of an automated tee. Great setup and it lets you concentrate on hitting the ball. I'm as much of a beginner as they come, but even after just one session, I have noticeably improved and can't wait to come back. I was here with my 7 year old and we both had a great time. Great for families as well. Great vibe here. Highly recommended. Price is good as well.

(Quite reasonable) Not for its court quality. (Low ceiling, but ok) I am giving "zero" for the owner's unacceptable attitude in addressing an incident. The manner he talks to customers, abruptly, absolutely rudely, no explanation what so ever. And if you reply and ask for "why", his response is "You cannot use the facility anymore. I can kick you out." Authority .....? "I can kick you out and ban all of you." Yes, he is one of the partners and yes, he may have the authority. But, if there is no sign of what to caution, and no warning, no explanation, then he cannot enforce such. His attitude of disrespecting the customers condescendingly was so unacceptable that we ended our membership there. We will not be going back.

I liked the steam room, as well. The negatives: the sauna was not working and the machines in the gym are old. Also, I was told by a very nice young female employee that it would cost $20 to use the lockers which was a one-time fee. I paid the $20 and began my workout. A short time later, the girl told me the lockers cost $20 every month. I find that to be ridiculous and said I would like my $20 (that I had just paid less than an hour ago) refunded. A very rude young male employee said it's non-refundable. I said I'd like to speak with the manager. He told me she was teaching swim lessons and she wouldn't be available for four hours! I will be back at the gym tomorrow or the next day and will update my review on this situation.

We…read morestarted the Pim Pam Pum program last year when our daughter was 5 years old, she had never played tennis before. The program was fun for her but she also got better every week. Then we enrolled her into the tennis summer camp and she made so many new friends and loved all the instructors. All of the coaches are super caring and good with kids. The program, led by Ivan and his wife, is very organized and offers fun activities for the kids beyond tennis. Our daughter loved it so much and improved in leaps and bounds that 3 of our friends enrolled their kids into the summer camp and private lessons. Our daughter is still going weekly getting private lessons and it's worth every penny. They teach everything the right way, starting from the fundamentals. We love Tennis Prime and all of their coaches!

She came home with her shoulders all red and scratched up from having a girl her age who maybe weighs 5 pounds less than her sitting on her shoulder repeatedly. I also heard from other mothers that the girls were doing this while the coach wasn't even paying attention to them. This can cause serious injuries to a young child. Very unprofessional and rude when called with a concern over this safety issue. They have the young girls doing very unsafe things and could get seriously hurt. Took my daughter out of the class over a safety issue and wasted $185. Very disappointed!!!
