Courtney Rose Galschiodt got her start in graphic design at a young age when she won a county-wide bookmark design contest at the age of ten. She then worked for several years for an international corporate video production and advertising company. She rose to become a partner, a project manager, and the company's manager of search engine optimization before setting off on her own to freelance. When she met Mike Chatham, they worked together to create EveryRose in 2008. Two years later, EveryRose was re-branded as Courtney Rose Creative Services.

Courtney Rose Galschiodt got her start in graphic design at a young age. She is certified in graphic design, web design, television production, and advanced video production. She worked for several years for an international video production and advertising company. She rose to become a partner and manager before setting off on her own to freelance. Between freelancing, Courtney worked as a graphic designer for the chain of Jewelry Exchange stores. While there, she gained more experience in print design, digital design, user interface design, web programming, Flash animation, product photography, model photography, photo editing, lighting, videography, storyboarding, and marketing. Courtney has recently relocated from Orange County, where she was born and raised, to the San Francisco Bay Area to pursue business and educational opportunities.
