I asked Mrs. Brooke and confirmed the interest rate with the Manager Mrs. Sedia and it was 41% interest rate. I asked both of them if they can reduce the interest rate or the payoff and they told me that they couldn't and that they don't set the rate, that the rate was set by the State This is ridiculous and you guys are taking advantage of the elderly, specially that they are over 80 years old. PEOPLE IF YOU NEED TO BORROW MONEY, For your sake look for better lending facilities. The percentage will not be this high. THIS IS A THRIFT TILT LOAN COMPANY which means WAY HIGHER FEES. We are in difficult times and companies should not be taking advantage of people.
