The second time my taxes were sent in as an amended return, which was exactly what the letter from the IRS said not to do. The third time I thought the information was finally submitted correctly but unfortunately they sent the fax to the attention of Karen Peal instead of Karen Peat. I still haven't received my taxes and I was told by the IRS today that I have to wait until September 27th to get any information because it takes 20 weeks to process an amended return. Since they have been completely incompetent, I want a refund. I will never use their services again and I will tell anyone who asks to save their time and money. DO NOT GO TO H&R BLOCK.

First impressions were great, and we were reassured we would receive a loan from this company by the owner, Kevin, however, a month before closing we received a phone call by an associate of the company stating they cannot work with us anymore. Looking for a clearer answer, we called Keven and sadly, we have yet to receive a return phone call from him. Thankfully, the large, well known mortgage company who we originally planned to work with was quick and thorough and we were able to purchase our home during this seller-based market. I would NOT suggest using this team and/or company as a first-time homeowner to prevent unnecessary stress due unreliability. For my review I gave them a 1/5 stars. The atmosphere in the office is pleasant however, even before being declined, it was hard to communicate with them. Text messages were sent without a response and the phone calls made went to voicemails.
