Absolutely no customer service and limited protection for employees from the coronavirus. I had to…read morego in because I had some outside of the norm transactions and knew I needed a manager. When I told the manager that I couldn't negotiate my check any other way she asked me 'why' rather than try to come up with a solution. I offered different solutions having 12 years of banking experience but she was unwilling to work with me or even look at my banking relationship. She told me I could put it in the ATM, but there was no guarantee. She even said 'I'm not taking a loss for this' as if I was trying to scam the bank. This isn't my first time at this location and every time I go there is a long line and angry customers. I was also surprised that they did not have the drive thru open due to Coronavirus. I know they closed them years ago, but I'm sure employees would like that extra protection. I will be closing my accounts and am going to a local credit union who understand what customer service is.

My mother has been a member of this bank for Years. Every month for years she has been her to cash…read moreher check in 5's and 10's to doll out to her great grandchildren. Since she broke her arm, I have been here since last month and she signed it pay to the order of me. They did what I requested, no problem. This month Not only would they not cash her check for me through the drive thru. They made me come inside the bank give them my phone number and ss#. Because my mother was not with me...they said there would be a fee of $7.42 to cash her check less than 200.00... exorbitant. Then I tried to pay them cash for the transaction and they told me they had to take it out of my mothers check. I asked to speak with the manager to ask for some grace here. In the meantime the teller who only has to follow the rules brought me my cashed check without my change from the 8.00. She immediately went back and got it. I know there is alot of awful things going on in this world but some of it is lessened when you can count on small town community to be the difference maker. This Bank used to be warm and friendly as I have been coming here with my mother for years. She used to know the tellers name and they knew her and her husband. None of the people that I spoke to before in the years past are here. All new people. If there was a score less than 1. I would give it. The manager did say after a long discussion that she would see if she could get me my $7.38 back. If she is able to do that. I will give another review. However, I am not going to hold my breath.

Only to find out that TVACU had cancelled the wire at the last minute. Had to go in again, go thru the process, and talk to yet another rep to get it straightened out. Then I found out today that they suddenly stopped honoring my utility automatic bill payments! I have been a customer for more than 20 years and have more than $30k in the account that was to be debited. Now I have to go in yet AGAIN, and try to figure out their problem. Is it worth it???

Staff was initially very friendly, but transactions constantly get red flagged as fraud, even buying a Coke from a vending machine AND paying my cable bill. Customer Service via phone is almost non-existent and seems to have a two year old's comprehension level of English. I hung up after 20 minutes of being run around in circles. Automated attempts to clear up the nonsense were even worse. All you'll get is "I don't understand what you said, please enter your card number yet again, and repeat what you want". WHen I finally went back to the office earlier this afternoon, all I got is a bunch of lame excuses about fraud protection and essentially how they think their customers are too old stupid and inbred to safely buy anything over the internet.
