I would like to tell everyone about the horrible experience/customer service I receive from this bank all the time and I'm just done!!! I work at Jos A Bank I'm the assistant manager at the hixson location I know how customers should be treated and that's why I'm just so angry with how I'm treated almost every time!! I have to use this bank because my company chooses to use them,so I can't switch although I'm trying to see if we can!!! I went through the drive up window like I always do yesterday but I had three deposits instead of two at my store with have five employees and I can't always make it to the bank every single day like this bank wants me too because if you have more than one deposit they have an attitude because it's to much apparently!!! But this is what they do for a living and their job I thought ? But anyways as I pull up to the window I put my bag in the drawer and give it to the older lady who always has to say rude comments never anything nice to me like hi how are you or how's you day or anything , I would never treat my customers like this ever this is so wrong!! After she take my bag opens it she tosses it or throws it I should say back in the drawer and says you have more than two deposits you need to come inside to do these!!! Ok fine that's you're policy but why the attitude? I go inside to a different lady at the inside window who doesn't say hi or anything and there's no customers they are not busy one bit so I just walk up and put my bank bag in the slot through the window she takes it opens it and proceeded to do the three( little deposits may I add one was 50.00 one was 200 and another small one ) these shouldn't be a big deal I don't understand why these tellers act so rude for no reason!! I'm not rude to them and In should be after the way they treat me!! Anyways as the inside window teller is doing the deposits the older lady from the drive up window proceeded to come up and tell me again that I have to come inside when I have o We two deposits very rudely and she already told me at the drive up why do you feel the need to continue to say things rude to me just go back to the window I felt like saying!! But she doesn't at first she takes one of the deposits I had and starts to do it but someone through the drive up window pulled in so she pushed mine aside and did the person at the window I can't believe this why did you even take any deposits the other lady did two deposits why you can barely do one!!! After my lady at the windows finished her two deposits she walks over to the lady at the window and asks if the other deposit is ready the lady at the drive up window says no she's got this all a mess!! Really you can't do my deposit because it's a mess? I'm so upset I almost cried it's just the worst experience anyone can every have!! I don't understand why this happened and I have to come here three times a week to make deposits it's just not fair that I have to go through this!!!also when the older lady from the drive up window who has a problem with me for some reason I'm not sure why, just likes to be rude because I also said I didn't know I had to come in to make deposits she said with an attitude well you had more then two so you have too, I said I have more than two before and didn't have to she said no you haven't really lady because I came here before when you weren't here plenty of times and had three so please don't act like you know!! You just want to argue with me because I called you out on it!!! But trust me every time I come and your here I know your going to rude and make me come inside to belittle me some more!! Anyways at this point I'm just ready to get out of there!! The lady finally hands me the bag and I leave not a have a nice day or thanks for coming in see you next nothing!!! I'm so ashamed for how these tellers behaved!!! I'm so glad I don't treat my customers this way and I so glad I called the assistant manger to let him know what happened because no one should feel uncomfortable or has anxiety about going to drop off bank deposits!! I have a store to run and don't need this to worry about this!! I hope my corporate office will switch banks I'm so going to keep trying!! Please don't use this bank on highway 153, maybe other locations are better I'm not sure but I doubt it!! I'm glad I don't do my personal banking here and if I did I would switch immediately, this bank doesn't deserve my business. Also at my job we do get people who pay with cash and big bills so sometimes I need change and asking for Change is the worst thing you can do it makes the tellers so angry for some reason I just don't understand why I'm trying to do banking and deposits at a "bank " and they have to have a attitude and be rude!!!
