Someone will get our money but not this business. Two weeks ago we decided to buy a new fridge and…read moredishwasher. With measurements and money in hand we walked in. There was one man there obviously with a customer couple so we approached a woman sitting behind a desk. She looked up and said nothing. No "hello". Not one word to us. It was if we didn't exist. The man saw us too but said nothing to us. A simple, "I am busy right now but will be with you" would have been great. But NOTHING. Zip. Nada. The woman behind the desk could have said the same thing "the salesman is busy but...". The couple shopping were obviously embarrassed as if they wanted to acknowledge us. So, we left. Unbelievable. We support our local businesses but in this case we warn everyone to not waste your time and do not support this business. Customer service goes a long way. We went to another locally owned store, gave them our load of money and bought appliances from a happy, professional, customer service oriented person.

He stayed for maybe 20 minutes. He showed no interest whatsoever in finishing any of the three jobs. He charge me $200 and left. When he left, my fridge was leaking, the middle nozzles of my dishwasher were plugged and there were two error messages on my dishwasher. I will never use this service again, as I do not believe their repairman made a sincere effort to fix my problems just to check me off his list, write a bill and leave!

Not expecting much I was put through to a fellow staff member, Brittany Heinrichs. This is where my socks got blown off. - She was friendly, engaging and efficient. - She listened and rapidly responded with her planned course of action adding that she would do it as fast as she could and get back to me irrespective of the outcome. - A minute later she called back, she had found and printed the quote out and it was waiting for me. She gave me the key amounts over the phone and figured out how to get the quotes to me prior to store closing time. - Within a minute the photographed quotations were in my inbox. Britt thanks to you, what could have been a missed job was dealt with in 3 minutes! Please, get some award or something! Greg
