Once he realized it would take much longer than he estimated he went into a verbal frenzy that lasted the entire time they were unloading. He was unable to finish and blamed me because he had a prior and more important moving commitment to get to. He said he wasn't able to finish but would return after the weekend leavinge without important needed items. On Monday he canceled essentially the last moment l. When he showed up Tuesday he was rushing and getting sloppy with my items. I had a friend come over to watch the performance and teach him how to handle delicate items. It was this awful experience with Blackwings that perpelled me to write this review. People should know what they may be getting into
