I asked them to call me back and still nothing. I guess we are now in a legal game of chicken to see who can not respond the longest. Update: They did email me a copy of the filing of my father's will which I forwarded to another local lawyer I am retaining to assist me. Then I received a call which I would say sounded kinda smarmy that they could not communicate with me since I had a lawyer. My advice remains the same. Go with a lawyer who communicates and follows up on phone calls which is not this firm.
