The owner is a typical stereotype, he'll sell you what they have and try to make you happy with it, but if you want something they don't have all of a sudden it's a huge hassle and they will not help you get what you really want. There service is a complete joke and again typical, high price, won't mess with anything aftermarket, and when buying just parts they try as hard as they can to get you to bring it in so they can find other "issues" to get a few more dollars out of you. Please never visit this dealership and never do business with them. They are absolutely terrible and if they don't have customers they will close and that would do us all a favor so something better can open.

That gave me plenty of time to make room to park the boat at my property. There was no storage fee for this. A big advantage for me was that because they are a marina, when I went to pick up boat, Parker took me out on the lake and showed me the nuances and safety features of operating the boat. Again, this was my first time owning a boat, so being able to pick up my boat at the dock vs a dealer's show room was a big plus. As often happens with a new vehicle, weather it be a car or a boat, I had a couple minor problems, e.g. a defective battery. I had also broken a couple of the tire down clips and the winch was bent which made bringing the boat onto the trailer difficult. I contacted Parker, who introduced me to Greg the Service Manager. Greg is a great guy and really easy to get along with. He offered to fix everything, albeit much of the work was under warranty, with no fuss or condescending "how did YOU do this?", or otherwise implying everything was fault. I can't say enough about what great guys Parker and Greg are to work with. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. Both guys are eager to help and readily available to answer questions. Parker was extremely patient in dealing with my "newbie" phone calls! One while actually on a lake fishing! If you are in the market for a new boat, definitely check these guys out.

I told him we'd paid for it and hadn't picked up the boat and that he needed to find our property and HE LAUGHED AT ME and said he wasn't interested in finding my property. He then had his secretary or office manager call me back to tell me that everything was paid WEEKS ago and to confirm that we picked up the boat. I told her we hadn't and about Tom's response. She ultimately found our boat and we have it now, but we will NEVER do business with them again. Stay away from this place unless you want to be threatened, laughed at and have your property lost-when you are in the right.

I hand heard back from him on Saturday and it was approaching the last 45 mins.. of the shops hours so I decided to ask in person . I couldn't make a deal on that particular boat . At that point Jeff spoke up and referred to a boat he'd would sell me for 2k. I looked at it and told him I liked it but would he take a sporting good item on partial trade. He agreed that he would look at my item .I told him id go get it ( I just lived up the block and told him I could be back in just a couple min. There was 20bmins. Left in his day. He said " im not looking at anything today" and to bring it in on Monday. So Monday comes i pack it up around 945 am and bring it in. I was greeted with im to busy I have stuff I have to get this done. Myself not wanting to take it back home and then later in the day( 3pm per Jeff) load up and come back. I had a few preliminary questions​​ I needed answers to ask him that could save us some time and trouble in the long run. So I asked for just a couple minutes to clear up things. After a couple questions. I got a statement I never thought id hear from a retail dealer. He said Yah know im pretty nice to point and then....) I was like wow a couple minutes and im making you mad ? His response was " you are getting there" I was shocked and per him he wasn't working on something directly for a customer. All I wanted originally was for him to look at my item for a couple min. And we agree on the difference id pay or we wouldn't. No hard feelings . I reminded him that we could take care of paperwork later if need be. I had out of town plans id have to cancel if I waited until he wanted to help me . At that point he started referring to me as "honey"​ .three different times he called me honey. He finally said what did I want to pay difference. I told him and was counting my item 300.00 under what I had in it. His statement was aFirm " No" !! And he stated that "he doesn't mind negotiating , but he wasn't doing Bullshit" and said come back at three o'clock honey!!!. I work in a boat shop part time and have been in retail many times in my 63 years. I / we never talked to customers that way. I would have been fired. Needless to say I didn't make my three o'clock appointment he dictated. And I sold my item for a fair price and will be taking my business elsewhere. And not be recommending m& m to anyone. I do have to say the only positive was that Jarrett was nice , friendly and understanding.

Careless Careless Careless. Took my boat M&M Marine to be sold on consignment. I asked Jeff if…read morethe boat could be stored inside as I did not own a cover. Jeff said that "he would see what he could do" and mentioned that he had an old cover if it did have to sit outside. I called every 3 weeks to check on activity. After almost 3 months of no luck we agreed that I would come get the boat and try to sell it in a different area. When I arrived I learned that the boat had been sitting next to a grain bin with no cover on it. The brand new interior was filthy. Under the seats there was standing water and grain bin filth. My new life vests were covered in black mildew. Then I collected my paperwork and learned that my spare ignition key, my glove box key, and my surge brake lockout insert had been lost. Then upon hooking the boat to my truck I learned that the brake breakaway cable had been drug. The hook apparently caught on something and was straightened and when this happened it pulled the breakaway cable out of the housing in the wrong direction and tore the sheath from it. Jared was polite but pretty much shrugged it all off. I questioned the fellow in the shop and his response was "I'm not going to stand here an argue with you" and walked in to the shop. I scrubbed my brand new interior over and over again and got it back to a 9 out of 10 condition. Thanks a lot M&M.

I received a Curtsey call from Jenn that they were painting the skag and start driving in and it will be done before you get there. I left my house and rolled in to my boat ready for hookup. They charged a good price and I was more than satisfied with the service received from beginning to end. I recommend these guys to anyone that runs into a rock like I did.
