They hurry through packing up your items and only photographed them the first time they came to my house. They gave me a "sloppy" and often not accurate list of our items only the first time. When I called recently they said that someone would call me back. They didn't. Some of our best items were not shown on any of the auction photos or a list of our items. Some of our items were shown in a lot that was not ours. Upon first meeting with Steve Fusco I found him very nice and personable. He said that they would take 25% commission which turned into 35% with the first transaction. After my meeting with Steve everything went downhill from there. I put my trust in their company because they were strongly recommended by another auctioneer who is very close to my family , and a business associate of our deceased mother. My heart is broken.
