My husband was nowhere near touching her and was verbally abused and left the store immediately afraid for his safety. We put a call into the manager, a man named Kevin but our phone call was not returned therefore we will be letting our family and friends know this is not a safe place to shop. The employees in the store apologized but did nothing when this encounter occurred and only apologized when my husband exited the store. Downtown New Bedford is no longer a safe place to shop.

And now it is May, I am living in a friends annex apartment in Westport and it's in the 60's-70's and I need to go to a party and find some cooler clothes! With luck, I wandered into Deni's and found a whole mini wardrobe! I'm a size 18, so that is tough to do these days! They had beautiful Flax and Habitat clothing, some of which was 1/2 price. There were pants and tunics and a shawl I could use AND I found a 2-piece dress that fit to wear to the party! It's a great store. I will go back for sure. We left with some odds and ends including a bunch of clothes and a pair of shoes (half off on sale this week), a changing table pad with cover, a big toy bunny for the nursery, and a few other little items.
