After 3 months of wearing cold leaking boots to work because I've been told that there computers are down and they can't order boots through the factory, I called the factory store and got a pair of boots on order in less than 15 minutes. Red Wing prides itself in getting you, the hard working American, the boots you need, and this store does not live up to that tradition. I have been doing business with Red Wing for over 20 years. I highly suggest you take your Red Wing boot needs to a different location.

My husband was nowhere near touching her and was verbally abused and left the store immediately afraid for his safety. We put a call into the manager, a man named Kevin but our phone call was not returned therefore we will be letting our family and friends know this is not a safe place to shop. The employees in the store apologized but did nothing when this encounter occurred and only apologized when my husband exited the store. Downtown New Bedford is no longer a safe place to shop.
